We got everything all sorted about Banks’ sentencing a few days ago. It was decided that his men would suffer the same fate since we confirmed that they all knew what he was doing to those women. There was only one who didn’t know what he was up to and he’s been separated from the others.
He’s the only one we don’t know what to do with yet. Mainly because we’re still trying to gauge what he actually does know. But the rest of Banks’ crew not only knew, they often helped with getting the girl’s, taking the girl’s for medical care after the attacks, and cleaned up any messes or signs of wrongdoing afterwards, covering up for him even when the authorities came knocking by providing alibis for him.
