I’m having a panic attack and I can’t breathe.
Why would Sally say something like that and where on Earth did she go? I’m racing around the house, looking in every room and shouting for her.
My Mum pulls me into a hug. ‘Hi dear, I have some news to tell you.’ I pull back. ‘I know about Emily, Mum. I need to find Sally. Where is she?’ She looks at me confused. She must think I’m a terrible person to not care about Emily. I do, I liked her. I’m really sad, but there’s something I need to know right now.
