The Kings Little Wolf

The wind howled louder than a pack of wolves on a full moon. The wind whipped and pushed against me as I ran. I ran for hours without slowing, they chased me without fail. Why they just could not leave me be I do not know. I am not that important; I am nothing but a useless worthless w***e. So why are they coming for me all because he said so? he did not want me he rejected me, so why send them? You see my mate is the alpha to be we grew up together and he used to love me. Now though its different he cannot stand me, him and the pack they despise me for something that I did not do. my pack was attacked and the vampires that attacked us wanted only me. no will tell me why but they did. They killed over half our pack and now, I am running away from the abuse they inflict on me every day. I hope and pray the moon goddess will keep me protected out here. In the distance I see a town which means humans I can lose these guys there. My scent will get mixed up in the chaos of their everyday lives. I ran even faster I must make it I just have to. before I could step foot inside the human boundary a vampire landed right in front of me. he was gorgeous. I am not one to look at men not even to say hello the last beating did not end so well. I was in a coma for three weeks woke up chained in the dungeon just to get beat some more. but this vampire here well he was something I could not even make up and he was looking at me. I came to a skidding halt only a few feet from him. I turn to look behind me and notice more vampires they are surrounding me. looking past them, I see my brother and ex mate had transformed back to humans and are staring evilly at me. Shawn looks angry that he cannot get to me while Robert was looking happy like I was going to die. I turned back to the vamp that stood in front of me he was still staring at me. "Give her back you filthy bloodsucker. you can’t have her she is mine." said Shawn with a growl. "You better watch your mouth mutt, that is our king you are talking to. we won’t hesitate to end you and your so-called pack." says one of the male vamps. " Yeah, the only reason you still have a pack is because of her." another said pointing at me. " Me?" " Her?" I and Robert said at the same time even though mine was said with confusion while his was said with venom. "Yes her. when we attacked last time, our king found her, and she asked him to stop killing people. he listened as all mates do to their other half." said the first male vamp. "Mates?" I asked, " I was rejected by my mate." I answered a very loud non wolf growl exploded around us. I looked at the king of vampires whose eyes have turned red and he was clenching his fists shaking from what I do not know. I had a strange urge to comfort him but did not dare move from my place. he took a step to me. " What do you mean rejected I never rejected you. YOU. ARE. MINE." he growled out taking another step towards me. I fell to the ground and covered my head. a whimper escaped me. " Answer me mate who are you referring to?" he asked in a softer voice not moving his eyes from me. " The soon to be alpha Shawn rejected me. I could not take it anymore I had to run away from them they would have killed me eventually if I stayed. they almost did a few times already. it hurts too much to stay please don’t make me go back." I answered still not looking at him. I could not seem to stop or calm down. " See I told you are useless and pathetic I should have killed you. get over here now and maybe it won’t be so bad." Shawn sneered at me. I curled in on myself making me as small as I could get. Growls sounded off from all directions around me. so loud it put Shawn and Robert on their asses. " WATCH YOUR TONGUE YOU FITHLY MUTT. I WILL END YOU ALL." the enraged king shouted back. he looked down at me with kind soft eyes and put his hand out to help me up. I took it without hesitation and stood in front of him still looking at my feet. "Thank you, sir." I managed to squeak out. I was feeling overwhelmed. where I was touching his hand was tingling it calmed me down right away and left a haze. I thought he would let go but he pulled me into his chest and held me. "Call me Jake." he said to me. " LET.HER.GO. BLOODSUCKER." Robert growled taking a step to me. " She is my mate. MINE. she decides where she wants to be." the king answered back. I looked up at him in shock. was he really giving me a choice? " I have a choice?" I asked him to make sure I heard correctly. "NO, b***h you don’t have a choice get back here now." Shawn shouted at me. I whimpered and pushed further into king Jake. A very loud growl ripped through the air and I was suddenly standing alone Jake was gone I turned and looked around and saw Jake holding Shawn up by the neck. "I SAID WATCH YOUR MOUTH AND YOU DARE TO DISRESPECT MY QUEEN? I SHOULD KILL YOU RIGHT HERE MUTT." King Jake shouted in his face. I ran up and grabbed onto his arm. "My king please don’t fight over me I am not worth it." I spoke quietly. "You are worth it that and more you will never be sad with me please come with me. Choose me my queen." king Jake said as let go of Shawn and turned to me getting on his knees. Then I heard shuffling and thuds on the ground. I twirled around and saw all the vampires on their knees and heads bowed to what? to me? No freaking way. "What are you bloodsuckers doing she is a useless worthless w***e. not worth anything and you all bow to her kneel to her you really are a stupid species." Shawn spat at them. the king looked up to me ignoring him " your choice my queen. Will you come with me and be my mate?" He asked me. " Yes. even though you may change your mind " I answered without a thought. " You heard your queen. Ee head home. you now have a queen." The king shouted. cheers erupted all around me. he grabbed my hand, and we began walking towards where I assumed, he lived. Before we made ten feet we heard. " You stupid b***h I will kill you" Shawn shouted. the king looked at one of his men and they stopped and went back he kept my head looking forwards, but I heard Shawn and Robert fighting and shouting to be let go. I started getting sleepy and stumbling a little while we walked. king Jake must have noticed because I was lifted into his arms. he cradled me like I was a child. "Sleep my queen I shall carry you home ill wake you once we get there. sleep mate you will not be harmed as long as I’m there by your side." King Jake whispered to me and before I knew it black covered my vision. I woke with a voice whispering in my ear. "Come my love wake up we are here." I open my eyes to see king Jakes face remarkably close to mine my breath caught in my throat. he is exceptionally good looking. I wonder how long till he realizes I am not good enough and rejects me to. " What are you thinking my little wolf?" king Jake is looking at me like he knows what I was thinking. "Can I walk for a while please?" I asked instead of answering. He frowned but put me down, nonetheless. "Did I do something to displease you?" he looked sad when he asked that. "No, I just" I could not finish it. it would hurt him would it not. I mean if he really cared and if he really wanted to be my mate it would be a blow would not it. " You what little wolf? talk to me please I know we just met but I have loved you for years now. you are why I attacked your pack I knew you were my mate, but your father and mother wouldn’t give you to me." he rambled but I caught the important thing. " So, it was my fault I did deserve what happened to me?" I asked as I stopped walking, I looked at my feet. it was all because of me. they should have killed me it would have only been fair. "little wolf? little wolf? look at me. it was not your fault it was theirs they attacked us first. we came to kill them all, but I found you I asked that I have you and we would leave and not retaliate they refused it is not your fault." he said to me in a stern voice. "everything that has happened to me, all the pain and humiliation I have gone through, why didn’t you take me when u guys won why didn’t you take me?" I had to know he fought he won why did not he take me. " I made a deal with your mother I would come back for you. you were supposed to be protected and safe till then." He responded quietly. "safe? safe? you think I was safe? I was whipped repeatedly for days on end I was chained and whipped some more was beaten with in an inch of my life just two days ago and two weeks before that. I was r***d repeatedly then rejected because I would not stop crying. I was-" I was cut off. " WHAT?" king Jake roared. I froze I said to much now he most definitely will not want me. "where was your mother? why?" king Jake asked me. " my mother was killed the day you left. I was put in the dungeon till I hit puberty then sent to work at the pack house. Shawn said I was his mate, so his father gave me to him, he... he.... he would tie me to his bed every night. I could not stop him I could not get away I tried running before they caught me every time it was then I wished I were dead I always do I have tried but goddess above hates me does not want me either. why would she why anyone. if you want to reject me now go ahead, I will not blame you. I wouldn’t want me either." I did not have a chance to react before I was buried in his chest with his arms wrapped tightly around me. I broke I started to cry. "little wolf, I am never giving you up. do you hear me. I have waited millennia for you. I have been dreaming of the day I get to bring you home. nothing will keep me from you especially things you had no control over." King Jake whispered in my ear. " besides, I need your help with something. do you think you can help me?" king Jake asked me. " with what can I help? “I asked softly. No one’s ever said they needed my help with anything I never got a choice in anything that I did or had to me. "well, you see I have two people who hurt my queen in my dungeon. I need help with the torture do you think you can help me. “he stated matter of fatly. "I....ii" I stuttered for a response to him. "you what little wolf? “he asked with a questioning gaze. "I would love to" I exclaimed. he smiled a billion-dollar smile at me. "very well little wolf let’s get to it." he led me to a building behind the palace. if I already did not know I would assume it was the dungeon. we walked through the door and downs the steps all the way to the last cell on the left. the guard opened the cell door, and we went in it was cold and damp in here. the walls looked like brick but had a shine to it. the king answered my confused face. "they are made with flakes of silver. “he stated. "oh, that’s must be why my wolf is in pain." I stated calmly. "WHAT? your wolf hurts then you shouldn’t be in here. "he said panicky. "no. its fine my king." I said softly" I want to help you with this. please allow me to stay “I asked hopefully. "you my little wolf never need to ask the choice is yours just if it gets too bad please let me know" he asked me with worry written all over his face. I never had anyone about me before. "yes, my king “I said with a bow. "it’s Jake little wolf. And never bow to anyone again for we should all bow at your feet. “he stated with a bow. when I looked towards the back of the cell there they were chained up with silver. Shawn and Robert hung from the ceiling by their wrists. of course, the chain was silver as well, I never seen a dungeon like this before I wonder how he got this idea. I mean I had it to I tried telling people my ideas, but they all said they were stupid and useless just like me. " well, well well, look who it is my bad little mate. wait till I get out of here; these past years will be a dream compared to what I will be doing to you b***h!!!" Shawn shouted at me. I looked up from the floor straight into his eyes, all I could see was anger and fear. fear of what me? I am the one who is always afraid every little thing scares me how could it not. " well little wolf what should we do first?" king Jake asked me completely ignoring them two. he was really asking me. "seriously you’re asking her? she is a pathetic excuse of wolf. did you know she is tainted not pure? how does that sit with you that I had her first?" Shawn asked laughing as king stood stock still did not look like he was breathing. "she begged me for it you know. how does it feel to know she screamed my name?" Shawn said still laughing like he was not about to die. I did not wait for a response from anyone I grabbed a gun from the table and walked right up to Shawn a put it to his head. "you don’t have it in you. you’re just a pathetic b***h who-" the shot echoed everywhere. it was a loud bang and another and another till all you could hear was the gun clicking and my heavy breathing. I dropped the gun and walked back to the table not saying a word not looking at anyone. I picked my weapon of choice and went to my brother who looked like he was going to piss himself any second. I took the axe and swung it down successfully cutting off his leg. blood spews everywhere. coating the silver glimmering walls red. his scream bounced off the walls. I watched as he screamed and begged for his life. "didn't I beg? didn't I?" I shouted at him " what did you do you held me down for him. he took everything and you helped him." I screamed in his face. I swung the ax again this time I cut off his head. I watched it roll across the floor stopping right at king Jakes feet. I dropped the ax and fell to my knees. I looked at my hands covered in blood and then it went dark.
