Cassandra used her magic to make a hole in the cracked wall. This opened up to a dark metal hallway with lights every fifty feet or so. It reminded her of what a military bunker would look like. She grabbed the Becca's dead red wolf drapping it across her shoulders. She begun the decent down the hallway until she came to a set of stairs that went straight up. Slowly she climbed up and opened the wooden hatch by pressing her head against it. As soon as she did and landed in a wooded area. She could see the pack house in a distance but she didn't know what had happened to Luke or her witch friends. Even though Becca tried to kill her she knew that she would not have done it if not pursuraded by the one person. She would honor her by giving her a proper grave. She used her magic and buried her by a tall oak tree that was surrounded by daffidills. She began her decent down the hill when she felt a presence. Athena was in front of her in less than a second. "I have been looking for you, I could feel you but not find a way to you. I see you are injured. Climb on my back and I will help you." Cassandra felt grateful for her friend and also suddenly drainned. "Let me carry you." Another voice rang thru her head. It was her other bonded familiar. The grizzly. "She will fall off of you as she is barly standing now." Athena nodded and helped Cassandra climb on the grizzly's back. "I'm sorry I never asked your name," she said to the grizzly. " I would like you to give me a name. As my real name I do not know how to translate." Cassandra thought for a moment as the dark was pulling starting to pull her under."How about persphone?" Cassandra asked. "I like that and you should rest and gather your strength. Athena and I will keep you save." "Thank you" Cassandra slurred out as she surrendered to the darkness. When She awoke she was next to a stream. Athena was above her laying on a thick tree branch. Persphone was beside her in the grass. She watched as Athena gracefullly climbed down. "I'm glad you are awake. Your friends and Mate are looking for you." "Thank you for keeping me safe, how long have I been asleep?" Persphone let out a yawn/growl you have been out for three days." Wwwhhat? Why have I beeen asleep for so long?" Cassandra asked outloud. The wolf's claws had posion on them and she was also drainning your magic. When you killed her all that was yours was realsed back to you. "Athena said. "I would suggest cleaning up in the stream I think it will help you." Persphone said. Cassandra let out a yawn and stretched she felt sore but also refreshed and stronger. She went to the stream that should have been cold but she found was hot. "It's hot" she said outloud. "Yes, this is down from a hot spring." Athena said. Cassandra walked into the blue colored water and washed off all the blood in the stream. She was feeling more refreshed and noticed the wound on her shoulder, arms, and stomach was looking alot better. she dunked her whole body under the water trying to get as much of the blood out of her hair as possible. After a few more minutes she walked out feeling much better. "Your friends and mate are approaching." Athena said. "Be careful my friends." Cassandra called out to Athena and Persohone as they disappeared in the woods. Cassandra started walking down the hill and away from the stream when she remembered everthing that had happened. She made a promise to herself that the person responsible will pay with their life." She felt the wind pick up and she felt a pang in her heart as she felt her mate get closer. The wind picked up like a storm was coming and in a flash of blue, purple, and black her friends and her mate was in front of her. Luke shifted in a mircosecond and his lips was on hers he was kissing her like it was the last time. She felt something wet on fall on her cheeks. She pulled back to see tears falling down his face. "I was so afarid I would never find you! You are never leaving my sight again!" Luke's growl made her laugh. "Alright enough move out of my way go get some clothes on dude, my turn!" Maria shoved Luke out of the way which made Cassandra laugh. "I missed you too my friend. We have alot to catch up on." Cassandra noticed that Maria's arms was not the only ones around her but so was Bonnie, Joesphine, Elizabeth, and Nora's. There was a huge howling of wolves around them. It sounded happy to Cassandra but she wasn't sure so she tapped into her energy and felt power like static electricity at her fingertips making a light blue color around her hands. "Whoa, you are safe girly" Maria said. "We need to teach you how to control your powers and how to use them." Bonnie said "The sooner the better" Cassandra confessed to her friends. "How about we get you home and some food, then if you feel like it you can tell us what happened." Luke said reappearing in human form. Cassandra looked around and saw lots of different colored eyes around in the trees. "Our pack" Luke voice sounded in her head. "We are so glad you are safe Luna!" The voices sounding in her voice was a little overwheleaming but she was thankful for feeling like she finally had her own family, her own pack."I have missed you." Cassandra projected to Luke. He turned his head to her and was smiling ear to ear. "I heard you mate" he said out loud. The sound of animals in the woods had Cassandra on edge "Our pack will keep you safe while we make our way back home." Luke said outloud that was answered by howls and yipps from the wolves around them. "We will also keep you safe" Maria said defensively. They arrived to the pack house and the pack all howled togather at once. "Thank you, all of you" Cassandra said outloud to all the pack and bowed her head to them. Luke steered her inside the house. The smell of bacon, eggs, toast, muffins, pancakes hit Cassandra all at once and her stomach let out a loud growl. "I'm starving but first I need a fast shower." Luke's eyes turned from green to black meaning his wolf was taking over. "Why do you have another's blood on you and why are you injuried?" Before Cassandra could answer He swept her up into his arms and rushed her to his bathroom and had the shower on. "I'm okay now. That is what matters." " The one responsible will die!" Luke's said barely containing his wolf. "I umm already did that." She said waiting to see his response. "I'm glad you was able to defend yourself but you should have had too." Luke said sadly. "Please forgive me, I failed you mate." "If I remember correctly you was shot with some kind of darts. You do not need to ask for my forgiveness." "I need to wash you before my wolf loses all control. Is that okay?" He actually asked her. She almost cried. "Yes, of course." Her torn clothes was gently taken off and she couldn't remember what had happened to her boots. Luke helped her in the hot shower. He first started washing her in his shampoo which she secreatly loved smelling like him. He got a purple loafa that he told her that he had bought for her and some lavendar smelling liquid soap. he ran his hands over each of her wounds being careful not to hurt her. he then stepped out grabbed a fluffy blue towel and wrapped her in it and dried her. "If you wasn't hungry we would just go to bed but I can not be selfish with you." He put one of his black shirts on her and helped her step into a pair of grey sweatpants just her size. He dried her hair and combed it for her. "I was afarid I would never get the chance to do this again." He admitted out loud breaking the comfrontable slience. "I will give you anything you could want. All you have to do is ask." He said kneeling before Cassandra as he brushed his fingertips along her check before letting his thumb brush over her lip was busted. "All I want is you." Cassandra said as her stomach growled loudly. "and food. I'm starving." He laughed out loud as you wish my dear mate. Let's go eat, I know your friends have many questions and want to talk to you as well." He stood up and took her hand and led her down the staircase to a smaller room to the left. It had a table big enough for ten people and all of the witches, Maria and the beta Blake sat waiting for them. The table was filled with all the food she had smelled when she first walked in. She was thankful for everyone in here. They all asked what had happened. She explained how she was drugged, beaten, and had to fight for her life against an unknown wolf. She wasn't going to let the secret out just yet. Not until she knew who all was envolved.
