I walked back to my office but the second I stepped into the scattered space, I didn't feel like staying there anymore. The place was scattered with files and pieces of paper lying in every corner of the office. I wanted to scream in frustration but I slumped into the chair instead.
"You did great out there." A male voice breathed, following me into my office. I turned my gaze to the door and saw the guy I'd left at the restaurant the other day. The same guy Alessio warned me about.
I exhaled and cupped my forehead.
"I think I lost my s**t in front of the employees and overreacted." I replied, looking worried, but he shook his head and took the seat opposite my table without an invitation.
