Chapter 10
Kyle was nervous, and that was a gross understatement. He was wearing one of his new, expensive suits, so he was aware he didn’t appear shabby at all, especially since Clement was so handsome in a suit that had to be custom-made. It fitted Clement perfectly. Kyle and Clement were about to get out of the car and enter Beaumont Department Store. He had spent nearly two hours after dinner the previous evening packing all the things he wanted to take to Oswington while Clement was locked in a meeting with Gordon, all the bodyguards, and some of the officials from the embassy to discuss their response toward the paparazzi on the matter related to Kyle’s incident. He had zero experience in handling something like that, so he figured he should let Clement and the others deal with it.
