Lucian woke up and since he felt better, he returned to Gargodom. I couldn’t help but be worried as I stood outside of the cave, looking at him disappear in the horizon.
“Are you okay?” I heard Egan next to me. Taking a deep breath, I nodded. As much as I tried to reassure him I was okay, I knew he wouldn’t believe me. I stood there, silent for a moment before I finally told him my concerns.
