“A week? So you saw everything?” He asked, and sadness was filling his face.
I nodded in response, and smiled.
“Are you not afraid of me?” Sun asked all of a sudden.
“What kind of question is that? Why would I be afraid of you?” I asked, and smiled at him.
“Well, you know. You saw what happens to me during the dusk and dawn. I suddenly vanish without a trace, and isn't it disgusting when I am in that state?” Sun said, looking down.
“Shhh, Sun you are not like that. Also, if I was afraid of you, I would have left the farm in the first place, so don’t worry about it.”
“Really? Are you sure? How about Miko and Lena? Did they find out?” Sun asked.
“Miko knew about what’s happening to you, but Lena, we hid it from her.” I said,
“Should we tell her?” Sun asked. Sun is right, and I think it is the only right thing to do. We don’t want to hide anything from her since she trusts us so much too.
“We can do that, but let’s see when we can tell her. I don’t want to cause a misunderstanding too.” I said,
‘Thank you so much, Ray.” He said and smiled.
“Now, it’s time to rest already, Sun. Go and lie down on the bed so that you can fully rest.” I said and stood up. Sun forgot to unlink his arms around me, and all of a sudden, we just found ourselves lying both on the bed.
I tried to move away as soon as I could because my heart was really reacting so hard, and I was afraid that he would hear my heartbeat. What happened next almost made my heart jump out from my chest. Sun pulled me closer to him, and his face was so close to mine. I can feel his chilly breath radiating through my face.
All I can feel now was awe, and this was because I was so close to his face, and I could see his features clearly. My mind wants to move, but if my body is not listening. We stayed there like that, not moving and what we could hear was only our breathing.
