“Still, there were no changes. At Least now, I can say that he is really recovering. The wound is already healing, and his facial expressions do not show that he is still in pain.”
“Then, that’s good to hear. I hope Sun can recover soon, I kinda miss seeing him smile.” Miko said.
I have to agree. Ever since Sun got into an accident, everyday feels like a rainy day or a gloomy day. I miss seeing him happy over such small things, and everyone would agree with that. They are fascinated as well with Sun’s movements, as if we are being pulled closer to him.
Most of the stuff at work was being taken care of by Miko and Lena, especially meeting those clients. I was really amazed by how Lena learned so much in a short span of time, and most of the clients gave feedback to me that they like her work.
I felt so proud that she was getting this kind of attention, and I am pretty sure that she will really have a bright future ahead. Telling her to study was the best decision that she ever made, and it shows how hard working she was.
To make things convenient for us, Miko arranged the papers properly and handed them to me. He was really considerate of the situation and I am really lucky to have them around me. Engaged in the papers that I need to sign, I was startled when something knocked over the direction of where Sun was lying down.
My eyes went wide as soon as I saw what happened. Sun was awake, and tried his best to sit down on the edge of the bed. Even though he was having a hard time, a smile was painted on his face.
“Hey, please do not push yourself, Sun.” I said and rushed towards his side. I carefully placed my hands on his body, avoiding his wound so that I could support him.
“Thank you so much, Ray.” Sun said, and smiled.
“How are you feeling now? Does it still hurt? Do you want water?” I asked.
“Calm down, Ray. I am feeling better now. Thank you for taking care of me. How many days have passed since I passed out?” Sun asked, adjusting himself to make us both comfortable.
I moved a little bit closer too so that he could sit properly, and my body almost froze when he placed his arms around me. I looked at him, and I just noticed that it was to support his body too.
“You were out for almost a week already. Are you sure that you are okay? Do you want to lie down instead?” I asked.
“A week? So you saw everything?” He asked, and sadness was filling his face.
I nodded in response, and smiled.
“Are you not afraid of me?” Sun asked all of a sudden.
