“A yes and a no. It was just that part, and it was still blurry for him. The only thing that he remembered was the area where the hut was located. As for the physical manifestation, he was desperate to save me. I guess that’s one of the reasons why.”

That is also one of the mysteries that we need to solve about Sun. It seems that every morning or in daylight he disappears. I wanted to know why it is like that.

“Let’s be thankful that Sun was with you all the time, and saved you from being a goner that night. This is just a guess but when I was watching you the other day, I felt that someone was watching us. Since I can’t see him like you, it might be Sun.” Miko said.

“Yeah, and I am glad that he is with me at that time. I don’t know but I think I made him feel disappointed because of what happened.” I said.

“Well, don’t you think I was not disappointed in you too? All of us were freaking worried about your situation, and the fact that we can’t reach you on that stormy night was hell. What would have I done if I lost a friend like you too? So next, I’m gonna smack your head really if you do that again.” Miko said, almost choking up. I felt really sorry for making everyone worry.

“I’m so sorry, Mom.” I said, trying to ease the mood and cheer up my sulking friend here.

“Sorry your ass, haha. Now, you should rest again, and if you have time, check your phone. There are some matters that needed to be attended and also the meeting with one of our clients. That will be four days from now.” Miko said and stood up.

“Yes, I will. Thank you for backing me up. Just tell one of our staff to help you for the preparation before we leave next back to the city. Also, don’t stress yourself out, Miko. I know you, and I am really sorry for what happened. Don’t worry, I will not make the same mistakes again, okay?” I said, and stood up. I hugged my best friend tightly, and I felt like he was sniffling, holding his tears back.

“Now, you are turning into my Mom.” I said. I felt my head spin when Miko suddenly smacked my head out of nowhere. Well, who can blame this friend of mine. Before leaving, he helped me finish my breakfast.

Later that day, everyone visited me in my room and kept on asking me if I was feeling better. I was really touched that everyone was checking up on me. Honestly, in our household, no one did this for me. That's why I feel elated about this.

Lena and her family arrived at my room too, and they kept on apologizing for what happened. She told me about what really happened, and was thankful for looking for her. She really felt bad that I got into some accident because of her. I reassured her and his father that it was okay, that I did it on my own, not expecting anything in return. I just want to let them know how important they are to me. I consider them already as my family. We kept on talking until the family bid goodbye so that I can rest.

I spent the whole day checking on my phone for the updates and what needs to be done until I fell asleep. It was evening already when I woke up. I was feeling better unlike in the morning.

“How are you Ray?” The familiar voice said. I looked around the room and he was sitting on the other side of the bed. I don’t know but my body reacted quickly, rushing towards Sun and hugged him. To our surprise, I did not pass through him and I can hug him physically.

“I was waiting for you.” I said, shocked by the words I blurted out.
