Restless footsteps echoed through the desolate halls of the factory, the broken windows allowing the cold morning light to seep in. Dorian and Eric, battered and bound, were facing the consequences of their actions against Alex. Who did they think they were? Did they really think they could kidnap my brother and beat him?
"Blake is trapped in the forest. Please don't leave her there. You can do whatever you want to me."said Dorian, struggling to lift his head after the hours-long beating.
Laughter escaped my lips. I kept laughing like a mad man for minutes. Eric observed me, seemingly intent on confirming the state of my sanity. However, there was a small detail he remained unaware of. I hadn't possessed sanity for an extended period, not since my birth.
