Probably by tomorrow or the next day. Not really sure yet if we can move in here asap. We're kind of busy, but hopefully we can move in by tomorrow or in a day or two." "Well, anytime you want, hija. I'm actually at one of the condominium buildings in Mandaluyong. Pierce and I have decided to move place to avoid suspicion. We don't want my brother or anyone who knows us to find out about our secret. After Martha left, I quickly checked the room and the bathroom. We asked to renovate this place and we're lucky that Pierce knew the owner so we got an approval from him. Pierce leased this for six months and we can't wait to move in right away it's just that my schedule couldn't make it possible today as I have my part time job in one of the high end restaurants. Feeling contented of the outcome, I called Pierce to let him know. But I couldn't reach him so I decided to send him a text instead. He may be in his class. That's probably why he's not answering. After I sent him the message I grabbed my guitar and went out of the apartment. I have part time job in Makati which includes my band. The travel time takes an hour from here if traffic. Since I got married, I learned to decide on my own, without my parents consent. They have their own issues in life that's why they didn't know what I was doing in the past few months. They don't know that I'm already married. I am the only daughter among the three siblings. Nitro, he is the eldest brother. He's currently out of the country. He wanted us to live with him but my mother didn't want to leave her hometown. Nigel, he is the second and my husband's best friend. Even when Pierce left to Ilocos they have never lost contact with each other. They remained best friends. He knew that I had feelings for Pierce when I was young. He had thought that I totally got over my feelings for Pierce but what he didn't know was that I still have and now married to his best friend. While studying, I am staying at a boarding house near at school but I seldom go there as Pierce doesn't want me to stay there since the day we got married. I always stay at his old apartment but his friends and my brother always visit him during weekends so ww decided to get another apartment for only the two of us. The boarding house is still open for me. It's my friend Angelica who's currently staying there. I also told her that if I can't go home that means I'm in my brother's apartment or in Bulacan. Few moments later, I saw an available taxi parked nearby. I told the driver the address of my part time job and after almost quarter an hour, we finally arrived at the restaurant. Just glad that there was no heavy traffic on our way here. I went to the backdoor and saw Troy already inside the waiting room. "Hi Hailey. You're too early!" Troy greeted me. He's our drummer. "Yeah. I had an appointment nearby and I headed straight here after.. but wait, why are you early too?" I asked him while carefully put my guitar on the chair beside me. "I drove my girlfriend to her photoshoot and I had no other place to fo so I headed here after." "oh okay." "Yeah." "What time are we today? Lance told me last night that it's still seven. Do we have some changes on our schedules? "No. It's just the same. still seven." I checked my watch and we have twenty minutes left before we start. Few moments after, the remaining two arrived. We are four in the band. I am the lead vocalist and their lead guitarist but sometimes Tonton played the role as our lead guitarist. He also uses rhythm guitar. Then Troy is the drummer and Lance is our bassist. The interesting part of our group is we know how to play each other's instrument. In case someone can't perform, there's always another one to fill in. Troy is a good singer same as Lance. But Lance is usually the back up singer or the second voice once the song required one. We only perform here every Sunday night and Friday. We are all college students. But they're known as RK or the Rich Kids in town. Troy is currently studying in UP, this is just his past time. He basically doesn't need money but he loves music so he's here with us. Tonton is currently completing his college years in Ateneo. He used to be a varsity player but he decided to leave when he and his coach had misunderstandingsg. He was also once a delinquent child then we've met by accident and later on we invited him to be part of the group and eventually he liked the music until he learned to love it. Now, music is his great passion. While Lance, he's the son of an incumbent mayor. He was the first one I met when I newly graduated high school. Then we meet again as we're in the same school when I started college. He used to pursue me but I can only offer friendship then he soon accepted my decision. But this coming Monday, I have to transfer school. Nigel wanted to monitor me so our parents wouldn't always get worried. Now, I'm in my third year and I was glad when majority of my subjects were credited. There's only few subjects left that I need to pursue for completions. My school schedules are alot more convenient because they don't complicate my part time job. Music is my passion and I get to save money because of my job. I barely use it because Nitro sends me allowance monthly. I just felt guilty of lying to him and our family. Tomorrow is Monday and my schedule starts at two in the afternoon until nine in the evening. Those are from Monday to Thursday only. "Guys, get ready . You're gonna be next after the Mankito ."
