Chapter Twenty-One
After Perrie graduated from graduate school, she immediately was offered a job at Mount Sinai hospital. At that point, Jesy suddenly was in need of a roommate, her old roommate having moved home with her parents, so Perrie took the empty room. For three years, Perrie endured Jesy constantly setting her up on blind date after blind date. It got to the point where Perrie was astonished that Jesy still had any single friends to set Perrie up with. However, like clockwork once a month, Perrie was meeting someone on a blind date, often not knowing if she was meeting with a guy or girl.
