CHAPTER FIVE

She was so rude and annoying.

Napakaaga ngunit magkasalubong ang mga kilay ko dahil sa nangyari kagabi. I was buttoning my polo when I remembered what happened last night.

She f*cking molested my balls and not that only, she f*cking locked the door. Iisa lang ang kwartong nandito kaya wala akong ibang pagpipilian kung hindi matulog sa sofa.

She was very far from the Anastasia Walker I expected. She was proper and firm when she was young. Hindi ko matandaan ang edad niya noong una ko siyang makita. What I know is that she's not annoying.

How dare she blame me after she kicked me?

Napabuga ako nang marahas na hangin. It's just the first day but we're already not getting along. I expected her to be submissive, not stubborn.

I was still folding the sleeve of my polo when I stepped out from my office. Mabuti na lang at may extra akong damit dito. I would really bang the door of my room that she used if not.

What is that smell?

Napahinto ako sa b****a ng kusina. I was planning to cook but someone already beat me to it. I shoved my hands inside my pocket as I watched her cook.

She came from almost like an aristocrat family and she knew how to cook is what I am not also expecting. Maraming mag-aasikaso sa kanya sa loob ng mansyon nila so it's a surprise she still learn how to cook.

"You know how to cook."

She flinched. Muntikan pa siyang mapaso sa kawali kung saan siya nagpri-prito. Napailing ako. Her hazel eyes bore at me.

"Bakit ba nanggugulat ka?" Naningkit ang mga bilugan niyang mata.

I wonder how we're going to live the next day without arguing, given that she's annoying. Baka magulat pa ako kung magkasundo kami sa isang bagay.

"Hindi kita ginulat. I just speaked."

She glared at me and I ignored her. She can't scare with those pretty little eyes of hers.

"Nang gulat ka pa rin kasi nagulat ako!" walang kwenta niyang dahilan.

"I didn't. Clumsy ka lang talaga,"

"Hindi ako clumsy! Mukha ka lang kasing kabute na bigla na lang sumusulpot kaya nagulat ako at muntik nang mapaso. It's your fault!" she hissed at me like tigress.

I released a harsh breathe. Marami ng kasalanan sa akin ang babaeng 'to kaagad. Last night, she molested my balls, called me germs, blamed me and now she called me mushroom and blamed me again.

I am starting to think she's crazy.

"Kasalanan ko na naman?"

"Oo," mabilis niyang sagot. I doubt if she even think. "Kaya ikaw ang magluto ng sarili mong egg at bacon. Bahala ka d'yan."

See? A rude woman. Nakalimutan niya atang hindi niya ito bahay. Everything inside this house is mine including the foods.

It's too early to argue. I went to the coffee machine to make my daily coffee. Inilapag ko ang baso sa lamesa pagkatapos saka pumunta sa ref. I'll go with hotdog and egg. After she's done. Isinalang ko ang sa akin.

Nilingon ko ang lamesa para kunin ang kape ko. Nangunot ang noo ko. Hindi ko makapa ang kape ko. I'm sure I put it here—

"That's mine!" I hissed. F*ck! I made that!

The woman even had the guts to roll her eyes at me before sipping on my coffee casually. My jaw dropped when her tongue dried up her pink lips.

Goddamn it! This is not the right time for this!

My jaw clenched. "Can you stop being annoying?" naasar kong sambit.

"Hindi mo kasi ako tinimplahan. Kasalanan mo 'yon," paninisi niya.

Naiirita ko siyang tiningnan. "Hindi mo rin naman ako pinaghandaan. That makes us quits. Now, give me back my damn coffee!"

"I already sipped on it kaya akin na 'tong kape well not unless you want us to have an indirect kiss." She flashed me an annoying smile. "Gumawa ka na lang ng bago."

Mariing ipinikit ko ang mga mata. I want to have a peaceful morning and it will be ruin kung papatulan ko ang babaeng 'to. I took a deep breathe before I turned around to finish cooking and make new coffee.

Smartass.

I sat down to eat my food. While eating, I can't help but glance at her. She's obviously enjoying her food because of the coffee. How I wish hindi ko nilagyan ng asukal at cream iyon.

I can't believe behind that carefree and innocent face lies a stubborn and annoying woman. My eyes must've been bewitched as it fell unconsciously to her pink luscious lips.

Nag-iwas ako ng tingin. She's not my type, not even attractive to my eyes.

I was eating in total silence when I noticed her bag and some folder on the table. I frowned. Don't tell me, she's going out and she didn't tell me?

"You're going out?"

The annoying nodded her head. "Maghahanap ako ng trabaho at gagala. Gusto mong sumama?"

I glared at her. "You're seriously asking me that? I am your bodyguard. I'm supposed to stay beside you all the time. Dapat sinabi mo sa akin na aalis ka!" asik ko.

F*ck! Good thing I already took a shower or else she will leave me no choice and lock her inside my room while I shower.

"Do you want your brother to hear this?" I said, annoyed.

Alanganin siyang napangiti at napakamot sa ulo. She looked like a sheep from tigress real quick.

"Sasabihin ko naman sa 'yo. Nakalimutan ko lang kasi gutom na ako," she explained. As if I would buy that.

Hindi ako nagsalita at tinapos na lang ang pagkain. Because of what she did last night and earlier. Siya pinaghugas ko. She will not get away from me easily.

Nakasimangot ang mga labi niyang nilapitan ang lababo. She's cute. . . but still annoying. This feels like babysitting. I can't believe I am doing this.

All of this for my freedom.

I released a soft breath. This will not take a year, I know. I'll do my best to endure all of this s**t because the prize is my freedom.

Then after this, leaving Anastasia Walker will be all worth it.
