Nasa bahay kami ngayon, kumakain ng almusal kasi maaga kami na pupunta sa school. I don't know kung ngayon ba magkikita ang lahat ng participants in every school but it doesn't really matter. I glanced Lucas who sat in front of us and he was just playing with his food while taring at me.

"What?" I asked.

"You got some interesting partner right there huh, Kailani," he said and he started eating.

"Yeah, keep your hands off," sabi ko.

"What? Of course- may sarili rin akong partner. Come one. I'm not hopeless romantic kagaya dati," he replied and he laughed. Kung ganon nga, why is his parter not with him? "He'll be here in a minute," he added and the door opened. Napatingin kami ni Kailani pareho at muntik ko ng maibuga ang nakain ko nang biglang pumasok si Azul na may dalang tatlong box. He glanced at us and he was surprised too but he bowed down.

"Here is the earings that you requested, Prince Kailani," Azul said as he handed a red box and Kailani took it. He looked flustered at napatingin siya kay Lucas.

"You planned all of this, didn't you?" he asked at napatingin ako kay Azul.

"I am sorry for calling you by your name, Your Highness. I was just doing orders but yes, hindi po ako nagsisinungaling na hinahangaan ko po kayo," he said and he suddenly raised his head and stared right through my eyes like he was staring at my soul. "Our future Spirit Martial," he whispered at tumayo lahat ng balahibo ko. FUTURE WHAT? Anak ako pero hindi ako magiging Spirit Martial- no way.

Azul stood up at naglakad papunta kay Lucas. He sat down beside him wearing a huge smile on his face.

"You are really a terrible person, Lucas," reklamo ni Kailani at tumawa siya.

"Oh come on, I just wanna see how much you really care," he said with a cold voice as he tilted his head. "Kasi kung hindi, ibalik mo na lang siya sa isla," he added and I frowned.

Away nila ito, hindi na ako makikisali.

Nagpatuloy kami sa pagkain at nang matapos kami umalis kami kaagad. We parted our ways kasi dumating na lang bigla sina Kali at Nieve. Kali looked so pissed kaya napatigil kami.

"What?" Kailani asked nang nakalapit na sina Kailani.

"Galing kami sa school and the participants were there," he said. "I didn't know Wylie got kicked out and he's one of our opponents," he added. "At nagkalat pa siya ng rumor tungkol sa inyong dalawa. Gusto ko mang saksakin siya- hindi pwede or madidisqualify ang school natin. They were too much kaya umalis ako bago ko pa pugotan ng ulo ang taong iyon!" he shouted with annoyance.

"Same rumors?" I asked.

"What do you mean by same, Prince Cygnus?" Nieve asked.

"Kailani as an uncrowned and abandoned prince and me as a commoner?" I asked and he nodded.

"It's fine," Kailani said and he tapped Kali's shoulder. "Huwag kang magalit kasi totoo naman," he added at naglakad siya palayo. I glanced at Kali and he bit his lower lip maybe because he was frustrated.

"That's not true," he whispered at ngumiti ako. He's really a softie when it comes to Kailani- how cute. I tapped his shoulder at napatingin siya sa akin.

"We'll settle this in arena so let's be patient for a while. Killing is allowed, right?" I asked because I'm actually pissed too. Hindi dahil sa pinagkakalat nila tungkol sa akin- kung hindi dahil sa kung anong mga sinasabi nila tungkol kay Kailani. Ang kakapal ng mukha nila para magsabi ng ganayan eh hindi naman nila alam kung anong pinagdaanan ni Kailani. They didn't witness what I witnessed when I first saw him. They weren't there when the world was against him and so am I but right now, I'll stay with him even if the universe will go against us.

Sumakay kaming apat sa carriage papunta sa school and I can't help myself to watch outside. Sa hindi malayo, nahagip agad sa aking paningin ang isang lalaking naninira ng paninda at alam kong hindi ito taga rito sa central. His uniform is different from ours at may kasama pa siyang tatlong lalaki na tinatadyakana ng maninda. Nang makalapit na kami, I pressed the button na nasa tabi ko and the carriage stopped immediately kaya napatigil sila.

Hindi akong nagdalawang isip na buksan ang pinto at agad akong bumaba. Nagulat ako nang napansin ko na kami palang apat ang tumigil talaga at bumaba sa carriage. We all took a step in chorus at napatigil ang apat na lalaki.

"What the hell are you doing?" Kali asked coldly at napalingon silang lahat. Nagtinginan silang apat at tumingin ulit sa amin.

"Royalties huh," the brown haired guy wearing a chain necklace asked. "From where? We're royalties, don't get us wrong. Kasalanan nila kasi ang bobo nila. Sinuklian ba naman ako ng kulang kasi hindi siya marunong magbilang?" he reasoned out and I frowned. "So chill, just go back to school," he said casually at maglalakad na sana siya papunta sa tindahan but the whole floor froze including their feet kaya napatingin sila sa amin ulit. "Do you really wanna mess with us?!" the guy shouted at dumarami na ang mga taong nakatingin sa amin. "We're royalties! Dapat linalabanan niyo kami!" reklamo niya.

Hindi ko pinansin ang sinabi niya at dumaan sa harap niya para kunin ang sugatan na tindero. Nieve tagged along at tinulongan niya akong itinabi ito sa wall. Agad naman na may lumapit na mga tao para tulongan siya. Lumingon kaming dalawa ni Nieve sa kanila ulit at tinitigan ako ng lalaking sumigaw kanina.

"Pissed off?" I asked and I tilted my head.

"Don't you dare mess with us! We're Mahika Tournament participants!" he said proudly with a smile.

"Really?" I asked. "Bakit hindi niyo kayang makawala?" I asked and I glanced down at the ice na nakapalibot sa paa nila. "Aren't you guys too weak to participate?" I asked again and glanced at them.

Hindi sila makasagot at bumalik ulit kami ni Nieve sa sa pwesto namin. Nieve deactivated his ice magic towards them.

"How about we'll fight here huh?! Lakas ng loob mong pagsalitaan kami ng ganyan!" he shouted and I saw Kailani smirk.

"How about we'll settle this in the arena?" he asked and their eyes widened.

"A-A-Arena?!" he exclaimed.

"Yes, we'll see you at school then," Kali said at nauna na siyang pumasok sa carriage niya kaya sumunod kami. "Oh by the way, we're from central," he added at nahulog ng mga kasamahan niya ang hawak nilang paninda. They just realized now- they were talking back the Prince of Agartha, how unfortunate.

Dumating kami sa school at bumaba kami kaagad. Sinalubong kami ng mga titig mula sa ibang participants. Syempre alam na namin kung bakit. Biglang tumigil si Kali at napatingin kami sa kanya.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"Release your magic molecules along with your steps," he ordered.

"Isn't that intimidating?" I asked.

"Exactly," he said. "Isa pa, that's what they are doing," he said as he looked straight and we saw the other members of our team and y eyes widened. Gin and Tempest were standing while the others were casually sitting but their magic molecules were everywhere. "This is an order," he added.

Kali took his first step at parang yumanig ang buong school at nagulat ang lahat ng tao. Nieve did the same at mas lumakas pa ang magic molecules na nakapalibot sa amin. I sighed at pumikit ako pra makapag concentrate. I took a step too and the people started covering their noses and mouths. Normally, I'd be surprised pero nangyari na ito ng ilang beses, not to mention that the magic molecules around me has lightning currents too which surprised our members. When Kailani took a step, napatigil kaming tatlo kasi para kaming nawalan ng hangin dahil sa bigat ng magic molecules niya. I bet he's in S-class right now.

Nagpatuloy kami sa paglakad papunta sa team namin at tumayo na sina Lor at Argo.

"Octagon," Gin said at napatingin ako sa kanya. "Complete," he added at napatingin ako sa lahat.

Why is everyone sweating?

I smirked and glanced confidently at Wylie who looked stunned.
