“Sorry kuya pogi” paawa ipik ko hehehhe,baka maya dalhin nya ako sa police naku nakakahiya kila madam

“don’t do that again! Understand?sabi nya na seryuso parin

“Please don’t bring me to the police, I won’t do it again please?” Sabi ko na naiiyak na baka ipakulong nya ako

“What? Damn,” sigaw nya kaya tumulo na luha ko sa takot,si Ana naman hinawakan ako sa braso,

“Ate alis na tayo bago pa tumawag ng police si Sir” bulong nya sakin

“What are you guys talking about? Why did you climbed? You shouldn’t climbing on tree, Damn !! f*****g s**t” sabi nya na may bulong sa dulo

“Sorry po”sabi ko na naka yuko at May narinig kami nag salita sa likuran ko,

“What’s going on here? Wait Lani? Oh wow you’re here too?” Si kuya Jacob pala,kaya lumapit ako sa kanya at humawak sa braso nya,

“Kuya paki sabi po sa kaibigan nyo na hwag nya kami ipakulong kasi kumuha kami ng mangga”sabi ko at gamon nalng ang gulat ko ng malakas itong tumawa “hahahhahahhaa bakit sa kanya ba tong mangga?”” Tawa pa rin sya,si kuya pogi naman nakakunot ang noo

“Eh sinigawan nya po ako na baba daw”sumbong ko at ang luko lalong natawa timingin sya sa kaibigan nya at nakangisi,kaya hinawakan ko ang kamay ni Ana sabay hila

“Ana takbooooo” hindi ko binitawan ang kamay nya tumakbo kami ng mabilis, hingal kabayo kami ng makaliko kami sa may maliit na daan at nag tago sa may d**o baka susundan kami,

“Ate baka may ahas dito” bulong nya

“Ssssshhhh hwag ka maingay baka marinig tayo” balik bulong ko sa kanya,

Aiden pov,

Damn i am so scared when i saw her started climbing, what the hell why she needs to climb, she could have ask someone to get it the fruit for her,

“Hey dude you scared the kids, hahahhahha” Jacob while laughing

“Why are you still laughing?” I asked

“She thinks you were mad because she took your mango fruit hahahhahahah” ohhh silly ,no wonder she was about to cry

“She also thought you are going to call cops hahahhahah that was very funny” Jacob again and I can’t help it but smile

“Silly. They should cut this tree so no one will climb here,” I said

“Oh no you can’t do that,this is the government tree and anyone has the right to eat the fruit” Jacob said

“She should asked some help then, or better buy in grocery store” i said

“My grandma used to say, fruits fresh from the tree are healthier and better” Jacob

“Whatever! Still the same fruit” I said

“Hmmm admit it, you like her?” That was not a question but a statement

“I don’t know what are you saying,” and I started walking back to their house

“Finally someone caught your attention.the famous architect Aiden Mcgratt is now in love” I froze when I heard what he said. I look back at him and glared at him

“Shut up! I am not” I shouted at him, but he just smirked like he knows something

“Stop running away dude,whatever happens I’m here ,you can always count on me.just face it” I know where this conversation leading to i stop him “ Please I don’t want to talk about it” i told him and start walking again

“Dude, you are different from your parents, so stop running away” he said again

“Jacob please, I came here to relax not for you lecture or advice” i said as i am gritting my teeth in anger, my mom cheated on my father and not even one year when he died,my mom re married again. I found out with my father’s journal and some pictures.its been how long? 15 yrs ago?

“Sorry dude, I just want you to realize that life is too short to live in the past, anyway let’s go inside manang prepared some food for us” he said

i hate my mom,because of what happened we are not talking or should I say I don’t wanna to talk to her.few months after my dad died she got married again.she left me in my grandma’s house i was 15 years old back then.until one day saw them together,she looks happy while me missing her so much but she never come back to see me and after 5 years,grandma passed away and I was all by myself at age of 20,i was forced to manage the big responsibility she left for me as the only grandson I don’t have a choice I felt so lost but in the helps of my grandma’s lawyer I survived. I finished my studies and that’s how I met Jacob in school,we became best buddies.in them i found a new family.

“Hey dude are you with me?” He snaps his finger right on my face

“What are you saying?” I ask

“i said do you want to go swimming?” Jacob

“Yeah why not ? That’s why we’re here right?”

“Hmmmm you seems like pre-occupied”he said. I just keep quiete and continue eating,after we ate went swimming and the water is so refreshing,

“Do you want to go Taal lake?”he ask me

“Sure tomorrow may be?” I said

“Ok so we need to prepare what we need then for tomorrow” he said

“Why”?

“Because we can’t bring the car, we will leave the car in the port and we take small speedboat to go there, and then we walk like 5miles? Or we take horses” he said

“Sounds fun, let’s do it then”
