Gone
I was broken before but the world broke me more. No matter how hard my heart is broken, the world doesn't stop for my own grief.
I've gone through darkness and back.
"Happy 5th birthday, Federica!" I greeted her while holding a small purple cake.
Sobrang cute ng batang babae na nasa harapan ko at nagtata-talon sa sobrang tuwa matapos makita ang kulay ng cake na hawak ko. She was wearing a purple summer dress, white flat-sandals and purple bunny head band. Today is her birthday and since I am the only one who is not busy here in the mansion, I am the only one with her to celebrate her birthday. Muntik ko na ring makalimutan ang birthday ng batang ito. Mabuti nalang pala at naalala ko kanina habang nasa biyahe ako. May dahilan na ako kung bakit nandito ako!
