I mean yes, she's a vampire so she's capable of teleporting. However, I'm not considering that as an option because she's injured. Vampires heal easily but her cut is too deep.
Great impossibility applies to her case having that wound to be treated easily. Unless...
There's some kind of magic or something that's in her for her to successfully stand and exit Sinorgus. Basing from this new Luscianna who just suddenly appeared out of nowhere, it's not impossible that such bad influence consumed her for over the past years.
