I ate in silence while watching Chicago Fire. One of my favorite series about fire, crime, emergencies and different problems of different people. I love how I always pick up lessons and morals from this series.
Tinignan ko ang nakasaradong pinto at binatana. I made sure that they are all locked and that I'm safe here inside my room before taking a long dip in my hot bathtub. Scented candles are scattered all over the place, wine and charcuterie on the side, and melodramatic music in the air.
This unexpectedly calms my nerves, relaxes my body, and stops my mind from overthinking.
