Chapter Eight

Umaga ng kinausap ni Keith si Zach sa phone para ipaalam sa kanya na nakahanap na sya ng magiging Private Nurse ni Lolo Joacquin.

"Did you find her on the lists that I gave you?" Tanong ni Zach sa kanya.

"No. Basta ko lang syang natagpuan." Sagot ni Keith.

"Weird mo Brad. Anyway, mabuti at may nahanap ka na. Siguraduhin mo lang na licensed yung taong nahanap mo."

"Yeah, she is. I asked Luke to pull some strings. I had her investigated."

"Wow. You're fast. Good job!" Pangaasar nito sa kanya."Band rehearsal later Bro. Better be early, we all know Matthew."

"Si Chivas dapat ang sabihan mo." Nagtawanan silang dalawa.

Pinuntahan ni Keith si Lolo Joacquin sa kanyang silid pero wala ito dun. Nakita nya ito sa labas ng mansion at nasa garden.

Nang makarating si Keith sa Bar kinahapunan, as usual late na naman si Chivas kaya hindi na naman maiipinta ang pagmumukha ni Matthew.

"That asshole. He will be late again." Asar na asar na sumbong ni Matthew.

"May bago ba dun? Malamang sasabihin nun naipit na naman sa traffic." Nasabi nalang ni Keith.

"His lame excuses. Nga pala, Keith ako muna sa drums ikaw vocals sa pangalawang set." Sabi sa kanya ni Matthew.

"Alright! Let's rock!" Nagapir pa ang dalawa. Napailing nalang sila Zach at Luke.

Kinagabihan, full pack na naman ang bar hoppers sa Legend Bar. Syempre weekend na naman at inaabangan na naman ang performance ng The Legends. Nakasentro ang spot light sa mismong center stage kung san magpeperform ang banda.

Napapangiti nalang si Andrea at Alex nang makitang enjoy na enjoy ni Dawn ang pagsayaw sa dance floor. Madami ding mga nagsasayaw at ineenjoy ang music. Nakaupo lang silang dalawa at umiinom ng Tequila.

"What's happening?" Tanong ni Alex kay Andrea.

"This is the main event of the night!" Sabi nito at excited na excited pang tinuro ang center stage.

At pagtingin nila sa Center Stage dun na nakafocus ang spotlight. At dun nila nakita ang limang lalakeng pinagpala ng mga good looks. Nagsigawan at nagtilian ang mga kababaihan at pati mga kalalakihan.

"Ano ba yan! Makasigaw naman!" Reklamo ni Alex sabay tingin sa stage at natigilan sya ng makita ang lalakeng nakatayo sa harap ng Mic stand. Inaninag pa nya at tinitigang mabuti.

"Parang kilala ko ang mukhang iyon." Nasabi nya sa sarili.

"You're so handsome Keith!!! I love you!!!" Sigaw ng isang babaeg hindi malayo sa kanila. Napatitig ulit si Alex sa lalakeng nasa stage.

"Si Keith nga. Anong ginagawa nya dito? Nagbabanda din pala sya." Napatitig na sya lalo kay Keith nang magsimula na itong kumanta. Namangha si Alex ng marinig ang magandang boses ni Keith.

Naglakad palayo si Alex sa dance floor. Palayo sa stage at umupo sa may table nila. Iniisip nya si Keith. Meron palang ganitong side ang magiging amo nya. Hindi nya maintindihan ang bilis ng t***k ng puso nya habang pinapanuod si Keith na kumakanta.

"Ano ba to, ano bang nangyayari saken. Bakit ganito ang nararamdaman ko sayo Keith?"

Tiningnan nya ulit si Keith, nakita nyang nakaupo na ito sa drums. Napailing sya. Magaling ng kumanta magaling pang magdrums.
