CHAPTER 18

Don't kill her, please Astrid... Feliz.. Feliz is still my friend and I know she can still return to normal" - With that Astrid stopped from immediately beheading Feliz and turned to look at the location where the face came from, and there she saw Sam and the two guys which are Phoenix and Aizen. Kapansin pansin na hindi padin ayos ang lagay nito at halata din ang pagpilit nitong gumalaw dahil naka-alalay pa ito kay Phoenix

"You don't know what you are asking me to do Samantha" - malamig na tugon ni Astrid dito at napansin niya ang pagkabigla sa mukha nito. Hindi siguro nito inaasahan na ganon lamang ang isasagot ni Astrid. She was expecting Astrid to say something like

'Then I won't kill her' or 'I will save her if that's what you want'

Samantha knows that Astrid is cold yet she did not expect her to be so cold and.... deadly. But she is desperate, desperate to save her friend despite the fact that the very friend she wants to save is the one who caused her and the other students' pain. At kung hindi dumating si Astrid nang maaga aya siguradong naghihingalo na siya at mayroon nang namatay sa kanilang grupo. But as she had said, A friend is a friend and she will never abandon a friend!

"Please Astrid.. Feliz is your friend too right? Don't you want to save her? I know that she can still be saved. Phoenix and Aizen thinks the same way as well.. Even Daniel would want that" - Samantha reasoned out which immediately made Astrid c***k an evil laugh. It was actually unintentional, but when she heard Samantha said that she actually considers Feliz a Friend made her do so.

The truth is she never considered anyone of them as a friend or even a companion. A burden would be a much better description for them, why? because if Samantha did not actually interfere ay kanina pa tapos ang trabaho niya sa demonoid na kanyang inaapakan at pwede na siyang maghana para sa kung ano mang pwede mangyari kinabukasan.

"Aizen please say something..." - Samantha said again and as if on cue ay bigla nalang nagpumiglas si Feliz and it started screaming the very words she kept on screaming a while back.

"DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE... I WILL KILL YOU ASTRID!!!" - Feliz screamed dahilan para mapatakip sa kanyang bibig si Samantha dahil sa gulat, si Phoenix ay niyukom ang kamay dahil sa galit at si Aizen naman ay nagigting ang panga dahil sa inis.

Nagpatuloy sa pagpiglas si Feliz at napa 'tsk' nalang si Astrid

"You stay down brat" - Astrid voice was colder and deadlier than before. And just with her comman ay pwersahang huminto si Feliz sa pagpiglas. Ang buong katawan nito ay dumikit sa lupa and the force made her body mark the ground. Sinubukan ni Feliz na sumigaw ngunit hindi bumubukas ang bibig niya. Para bang naka glue ang bibig nito o di kaya ay naka zipper upang hindi makagawa nang ingay

Astrid does not want to totally use force pero mukhang hindi niya pipigilan lalo na't mukhang papatagalin ni Samantha ang trabaho niya. She already anticipated that this is going to happen but she didn't think that it was too soon. She was expecting that Samantha would appear just as when she finally beheaded Feliz. She shrug when she realized that her prediction is a bit off

"What did you do to her Astrid?" - nagtataka at puno nang pagaalalang tanong ni Samantha which made Astrid scoff. Hindi niya tuloy maiwasang isipin na what if Samantha is the one who turned into a demonoid? Will Feliz do the same as what she is doing right now? Will Felizbeg for her life?

But she thinks the brat Feliz would not do that. She immediately pictured Feliz running away while in tears and screaming to kill Samantha already.

Hindi niya sana sasagutin ang katanungan nito pero alam niya na hindi din ito titigil kapag hindi niya ito sinagot nang diretso.

"Used my power to shut her up and to immobilize her since I know she will escape and kill somebody when I didn't" - walang ka-abog abog niyang saad dahilan para maestatwa si Samantha at hindi makapagisip ng maayos.

Hindi niya alam kung bakit ganoon ang lumalabas sa bibig ni Astrid. Astrid is also her friend yet it seem that she can't understand her or rather she refuses to understand her. She only wants to save her friend and she knows that Astrid is capable of doing so. Pero bakit ngayon parang pinapalabas ni Astrid na wala na siyang magagawa upang iligtas si Feliz.. She really can't accept it!

"Alam ko kung anong nasa isip mo Samantha. And yes you are right and you f*****g need to understand that I can't f*****g do anything about this brat anymore. This brat already choose to become a demonoid the moment she received the blood of the demons in her body. She never resisted. How did I know? It is obvious from her body and how she hated and wants me dead. Now if you still can't accept it, wala na akong magagawa. My mind will never change in killing this demonoid" - Astrid said in a cold tone which not just made Samantha froze but also Phoenix. While Aizen just stood there doing nothing, he did not complain or anything. Even Astrid does not know what the man is thinking.

"Astrid j-just please do-don't kill her.. Sig-sigurado ako na h-hindi n-naman siya pa-patay eh... Feliz is a nice girl." - Samantha managed to say even though her whole body is trembling because of fear.

"Seryoso Astrid ang daldal ng babaeng yan! Eh kung siya nalang kaya ang patayin ko?" - Rempo the fire guardian said inside Astrid's mind pero hindi nalang niya ito pinansin at hinayaan magsalita sa kanyang isip. She knows that Rempo cannot do anything against her own will kaya wala siyang dapat ikabahala.

"Seriously Samantha? Huwag siyang patayin? Hindi nakakatawa ang biro mong yan. And how sure are you that she will not kill anybody? With this thirst for blood ay hindi siya mukhang papatay? Sa tingin mo ba pag napatay niya na ako ay titigil na siya? Well Don't be stupid! And with or even without your consent I will still kill her" - Astrid said with a finality tone in her voice and just as when she is about to behead Feliz ay biglang umangat ang lupa at akma siyang ikukulong ngunit agad din naman siyang nakailag.

Tiningnan niya si Samantha at napa mura siya nang makita ang naka angat nitong mga kamay at halatang halata na ito ang kumontrol sa lupa upang hindi niya tuluyang mapatay si Feliz. Dahil sa biglaang pagilag ni Astrid ay lumuwag din ang kontrol nito kay Feliz dahilan para makawala ito sa kanyang binding magic.

"DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE" - Muli nitong sigaw at nagsimula nanamang lumabas ang itim na aura sa buong katawan nito. Astrid is ready to receive any of it's attacks pero malakas siyang napamura nang mabilis itong gumalaw papunta sa direksyon ni Samantha. She heard Samantha saying things like 'Feliz hindi mo ako papatayin diba ba?' which made her almost p**e.

'Rempo!' - Astrid called out to the guardian and in a swift move ay lumabas ito sa kanyang katawan at nagawa nitong makarating sa harapan ni Samantha ng walang kahirap-hirap at agad na sinakal si Feliz at mabilis na binalibag sa lupa

"You rotten demon" - Rempo, the fire guardian said and he started binding Feliz with fire rings on the ground. And as the final bind is placed ay agad na dumating si Astrid sa harapan nito.Feliz started screaming again when she saw that Astrid is once again in front of her

"I WILL KILL--

But before she could even finish her scream ay agad na naputol ito dahil sa pagtarak nang espada ni Astrid sa leeg nito. It went deeper until the head finally come off from the body. With that sudden sight ay napaupo sa lupa sa Samantha and she started crying. Phoenix turned around and began punching the tree trunk while Aizen stood at the same place where he was. He did not move, his expression also remained stoic.

"I already told you that the Feliz you knew is not this Feliz. If Rempo is slow then you could have died. Just be thankful that I saved you for the second time" - Malamig na saad ni Astrid at nagsimula na siyang maglakad papalayo sa tatlong taong nagpatagal sa kanyang trabaho.

"Humans are really pathetic. You already knew that she can't be saved yet you insisted and almost got shred into pieces. Let me tell you this human, that whom you called a friend a while ago turned into an ancient demon that is called a demonoid that gave birth to the demons you are fighting now. They are once humans that turned into demon because of greed and lust for power and strength. Your friend is no difference, because of her lust to kill our Astrid she accepted the blood of the demons so easily. So take this as an advice to the three of you and tell this to others, trust Astrid because she is greater than what you think she is, she knows a lot than other humans do and she is a lot nore powerful than you" - Rempo said in a monotonous voice and when he's already finished, he immediately dashed towards Astrid and started clinging to her.

"Tsk they are really worthless" - Rempo said to himself as he enjoyed the comfort of Astrid's presence.

"Naelyon how is he?" - tanong ko sa water guardian na si Naelyon nang matapos niya nang pagalingin si Daniel.

"He is fine already. He just need a lot of rest" - he said which made me sigh. Damn mabuti nalang at maayos na kalagayan nang isang to' tsk di din kasi to nagiisip eh! Sugod nalang ng sugod! What if I was a minute late edi naubusan na siya nang kapangyarihan? Edi patay na siya ngayon? Damn! This is really frustrating! Hindi ko alam kung saan ko na ba itutuon ang frustration ko!

Inis padin ako sa nangyari kanina. I didn't actually know that humans do had the tendency to be so stupid at times. Wishing for the ridiculous things to happen.

"Thank you" - I heard someone whispered which made me come back to reality. Agad kong hinanap kung saan yun galing at  napatingin nalang ako kay Daniel na gising na at mnakangiti na ng malapad.

Tch at least may marunong magpasalamat dito.

"Tch be careful next time noob" - tanging nasabi ko nalang dahil ayoko din namang sabihin lahat ang nasa isip ko.

"Thank you for killing her..." - he also said with a genuine smile on his face which made me froze yet my reaction did not change. I almost laughed yet I chose not to.

Killing that brat is really the best option I had and that is the best for everyone. And I don't care if those s**t heads will start hating me. They should not worry I hate them as much as they do. I'd rather be hated than to see humanity be crushed by annoying fuckers.
