The Kiss II

"Can you knock?!" Dylan shouted at her sister.

"Can you shut your mouth?" Dianne told Dylan and the two-time travelers just watch.

"Hey!" And Dom finally called Dianne for shouting at her brother.

"What are you, my mom?" Dianne demanded sarcastically without thinking, then she paused and smile and shrug. "Never mind, I guess you kinda are..." Dianne said smiling at Dom and Dom blushed and Sam giggled. "Can you come to my room? Dim?"

"Me?" Sam asked pointing at herself.

"Yeah? Sino bang ibang Dmitri sa bahay na to?" Dianne asked and Sam smiled. "You know calculus right?"

"Uhm... Oo naman"

"Can you help me and Krys? Hihintayin sana namin si Mommy, but I thought pwede ka naman." Sabi ni Dianne "So... Could you?"

"Sure..." sabi ni Sam at tumayo siya, but before she can stand Aubrey hugged her neck and kiss her cheek. Sam smiled at her. "I'll be back..." sabi ni Sam kay Aubrey and the little girl nods.

Pagpasok ni Sam sa kwarto ni Dianne, its the room she expected to see. Picture frames on her wall, family photos, and her and Krys's pictures. Dianne is a very family-oriented teenage girl, she's been raised right.

So Sam starts 'helping' Dianne and Krystal on their assignments, and Sam can stop but overheard kung anong pinaguuspan nila. So after twenty minutes of doing easy calculus equations, Sam listens to the conversation.

"Gosh Di... I can't believe you, of all people? Si kuya pa? Oh gosh..." Sabi ni Krystal.

"K... I can’t help but admire him, he's like really cool, talented, and smart..." Dianne said with dreamy eyes and Krystal looked at her incredulously.

"You left the part where he's also a douche, jerk, and a d**k to everyone... Including me, her sister..." sabi ni Krystal and Dianne just shrug it off.

Sam looked up to the girls and got really curious, and curious Sam always ask.

"Do you have a picture of him?" Sam asked and Dianne scans through her phone and showed young Sam a picture.

"Oh? He's really handsome-looking guy..." Sabi ni Sam and Dianne gave her friend a smirk. "But the way his chin was really up, almost reached the ceiling of the room makes him look like-"

"Jerk..." Krystal continued and looked at her best friend.

"Well I mean to say... Arrogant" sabi ni Sam.

"See? Even your mom!" Sabi ni Krystal and Dianne looked at Sam and grab her phone.

"But he can be a good guy, I mean, Dom... Not your mama, but the one in the other room. Para siyang ganyan, she knows she's attractive, and magaling siyang maglaro ng madaming sports, and she's pretty smart, but I just notice na may side siyang di ko pa nakikita, and that makes her a less evil person, compared sa pagkakakilala ko sakanya..." sabi ni Sam as Krystal and Dianne listens to her. "So... What I’m trying to say is that maybe there's a side of Jacob that appears loveable to Dianne, that other people doesn't know..."

"Exactly!" Dianne said as she point at Sam "Gosh! If only you stayed this easy to please hindi ako magkakaproblema..." sabi ni Dianne kay Sam and Sam smiled at the thought that her Olderself became a really strict parent.

"Thanks for boosting my crazy friend's attraction..." Sabi ni Krystal kay Sam and she just gave the other girl an apologetic look.

"Thanks for helping mom... Pwede ka ng bumalik dun sa girlfriend mo..." Dianne said in a very serious tone.

"She's not-" Sam was about to protest.

"Come on! She will be... and let me tell you, you'll be all lovesick puppy to each other..." sabi ni Dianne and Krystal nod.

"I-" sabi ni Sam but she just decided to go exit the room and get away from the incoming embarrassment. She walks into Dylan's room and they're not playing anymore. Pero may narinig si Sam sa loob so they're still there, she took a deep breath and came in. She saw Dom was alone.

"Where's-"

"Uhm kumukuha ng cookies sa baba, and Bree asks for a glass of milk..." sabi ni Dom. "They grew up really responsible, I’m impressed..."

"They did..." sabi ni Sam. "Dianne? Kahit na ganun siya kay Dil? She loves him."

"I know right..." sabi ni Dom and she looked at Sam. "You can sit if you want to..." Sam nods and sits down.

"So... How are you?" Tanong ni Sam.

"Well... Hindi pa din ako makapaniwala, I mean... You, me... Us... I can't believe this," sabi ni Dom as she shakes her head but when Sam looked over Dom was actually smiling.

"Bakit ka nakangiti?"

"Masama?" Dom asked. "It’s just... I couldn't imagine being a successful family man, to think that my father and I haven't talked for three years now? It’s crazy... Akala ko habang buhay na akong walang pamilya..."

"So that's why you're having Christmas with Topher's family?" Sam asked and Dom nods.

"Mas gusto ni Daddy na magtrabaho siya, kesa magsayang ng oras kasama ako... And I get where he's coming from, Mommy died because of me...If she didn't gave birth, hindi siya mawawala..."

"Pero come to think of it Dom..." sabi ni Sam and Dom looked at her. "Kung hindi ka niya pinanganak wala ka ngayon dito, hindi kita makikilala, hindi mabubuhay si Dianne, si Dylan, si Aubrey and yung bagong baby..." sabi ni Sam and Dom nods.

"Don’t get me wrong Sam, I like this friendship thing starting between us, but I’m still feeling odd about this you know.." sabi ni Dom.

"I do too... I still hate you, Dominique Valdez, in case you're wondering..." sabi ni Sam and Dom just smirks.

"I wonder how would I discover that I’m falling in love with you..." sabi ni Dom and she really felt like she needs to take it back but she can't, Sam heard her.

"You know..." Sam started and she looked to her side to fully see Dom's face. "Y-y-you can kiss me if you want to..." Sam said and she regretted saying it, but when Dom's head turns to face her, her eyes grew wide. Even wider when Dom replied.

"I want to..." Sam took a big gulp that almost ripped her throat apart.

Oh s**t! s**t! s**t! I was just joking, Dom! Gaddamit! It’s a slip-up! Of course, I want to but you shouldn’t know that! OH MY GOD! Sam thought.

Dom leaned forward to kiss her and Sam's eyes were trained on Dom's glossy lips.

Oh gosh! Oh gosh! Wait! She ate-

But before Sam could stop Dom, their lips met and Dom kissed her, and Sam kissed her back. Dom felt her heart just all over the place, hindi niya alam kung anong mararamdaman niya as Sam felt the tightening on her chest. She can't breathe.

"Sam? Sam what's-"

"I can't breath Dom... I-you ate eggs earlier right?" Sam asked as she catch her breath, Dominique nodded.

"Oh s**t! Yes! You're allergic!" Sabi ni Dom, she stood and start panicking "Wait... uhm I'll get the EpiPen... Yun tawag dun diba? I know Granny Sam and Dylan have allergies-"

"Just go get the damn thing, Dom! What the f**k!" Sam shouted and Dom scans Dylan's room then the door opened.

"Dil!!!!" Dom shouted. "Where's your EpiPen? For allergic reactions and-"

"Oh? Mom?" Dylan asked and open his school bag and stab Sam the Pen. Sam slowly regain her breathing and looked at Dylan and mouthed a thank you under her breath.

"Oh my gosh, for once I thought you're dying..." sabi ni Dom. Then Aubrey walks up to them and sits on the bed as Dylan goes to his PC.

While Dom and Sam have their moment as they sit at the edge of the bed.

"Okay ka na ba?"

"Mmmhmm..." sabi ni Sam.

"We should not do that again..." sabi ni Dom and Sam smiles and nods.

"Yeah, your kiss took me breathless... Literally..." sabi ni Sam and Dom looked at her squinting her eyes.

"Are you flirting with me right now?" Dom asked and Sam shakes her head.

"No! Hell no!" Sabi ni Sam and Dom shrugs.

Then the Older ones came in, they heard loud sounds downstairs.

Maya maya ay umakyat na si Dominique at pumunta sa kwarto ni Dylan. She peeked on the door and smiled. She walks silently on Dylan's bed to get Aubrey.

"Someone needs to have their afternoon nap..." Older Dom said as she sit beside Aubrey whose eyes were failing to open.

Sam and Dom watch the interaction.

"But...I’m.. not... sleepy..." Aubrey muttered and the words are harder to hear as she talks.

"Yes you are princess..." Dom said as she smile because Aubrey was forcing herself to open her eyes.

"No I’m not..."

"You are..."

"Not..."

"Are..."

"Not..."

"Are..." Older Dom said and she saw Aubrey's head slowly falling to her side.

"Okay..." Aubrey surrendered and Dominique smile. She lifts Aubrey and carries her to the master’s bedroom.

"Okay, you kids continue what you all doing..." sabi ni Dominique and she looked at the two-time travelers’ guilty faces. "And that includes that..."

"Oh f**k you..." Dom said to her Older self.

"Don’t let my wife hear you, she's going to cut you alive..." sabi ni Dominique and she looked at Sam. "Right?"

Sam just looked at the ground and Older Dom left.

"Uhm... Ako din, I really need to uhm, rest..." Sabi ni Sam and Dom looked at her.

"Okay... Ako din.." sabi ni Dom.

"I’m going..." sabi ni Sam and Dylan waved at her habang nakatalikod siya at busy sa computer. As the door shut behind Sam, Dom walk to Dylan's bed and lay down.

Its 2 am, and the household just finished their Christmas Eve celebration, everyone stayed and finish the family's tradition. Dom and Sam were sitting on the opposite part of the room, thinking about 'the kiss'.

Dianne and Krystal were already asleep in Dianne's room, while Dylan decided to spend the night in his room with Dom, they had gotten really close over the past few days. Sam in Aubrey's room. Dominique and Samantha are in the master's bedroom with Aubrey.

Dom can't sleep, it’s already 3 am. That kiss is the very first time that the annoying girl got really close to her and she didn't even want to punch the girl. Dati kasi pagnagsalita si Sam and maybe she's 6ft. away  Dom's going to clench her fist and whisper to herself that Calm down Dom, don’t punch her. But now... Its different, does the future f*****g up her life? Or is it changing her for the better? Dom stood up quietly para di marinig ni Dylan and  she made her way downstairs to get something, something that will make her fall asleep, for example a f*****g poison.

As she reached the bottom step she saw that the light on the kitchen counter was on. She looked over and she saw Sam, her Sam, wait what?, the annoying Sam waiting for the hot water. She walks slowly towards her and cough when she got nearer to declare her present.

"Ahem!"

"Jesus Christ!!!" Sam shouted in shock as she cover her mouth when she saw Dom standing a few meters away.

"No it’s just me..." Dom said as she took a seat on a stool next to Sam. She let her elbow resting on the kitchen counter and looked at the other girl "So... What are you doing here at 3 in the morning?"

"Am I allowed to talk?" Sam asked.

"Yeah? Why not?"

"Because I feel like every time we talk I bother you..." Sabi ni Sam and Dom nod.

"Well, Oo, sometimes but not tonight..." sabi ni Dom. "So ano ngang ginagawa mo?"

"Just want a little something on my system..." sabi ni Sam as she stood up, turn the stove off and pour herself hot water on the mug, she looked at Dom. "Coffee?"

"Yeah, sure thanks..." sabi ni Dom and Sam made another one, Sam gave her the cup as she took a sip on her own. "Is this safe?" Dom asked her and Sam looked at her in disbelief.

"Really? Dom? Really?!"

"Well, I just thought that you know... If binigyan ka ng chance to kill me, you would..." Sabi ni Dom and she took a sip of her coffee. "Wow... This tastes really good."

"Mmmhhmmm... Mrs. Samantha told me her wife's favorite mixed, and I assumed na ganun din gusto mo..." Sabi ni Sam and Dom nods. "So... Ikaw? Bakit gising ka pa?"

"I can't sleep..." sabi ni Dom.

"And you're drinking that?"

"No its fine... Masarap naman, thank you poo poo..." sabi ni Dom as she giggles.

"Could you please! Refrain from that name-calling!" Sam said and Dom smiled.

"Wow... I’m totally seeing Granny Sam on you." Sabi ni Dom and they just drink their coffee quietly.

"Legend says when you cant sleep at night it's because you're awake in someone else's dream..." Sam said to Dom out of the blue, then Dom's head turn on her side and looked at the girl smiling like an idiot.

"Well then, if you could stop dreaming about me, that'd be great..." Sabi ni Dom and Sam giggled as she shakes her head.

"Wow... I'll be really happy to know how you've changed because Mrs. Dom here is like less evil..."

"But still evil?"

"Yeah, still evil.." sabi ni Sam and Dom giggled. When the laughter subsided, Sam turn her stool so she could face Dom. "Dom..."

"What? Are you gonna declare your love for me now?" Dom answered turning to face Sam.

"No idiot..." sabi ni Sam and she place her cup of coffee on the counter and let a deep sigh.

"Wow very dramatic..." sabi ni Dom and Sam rolled her eyes.

"Can we be civil to each other?" Sam asked and Dom looked at her. "I mean... Tayong dalawa lang naman magkasama dito, and look at this?" Sam said as she gestures her hand in between them. "We're so close to each other without thinking of killing the other one... Unless you're plotting my murder right now."

"Don't be ridiculous Sam..." Sabi ni Dom. "Yeah, fine... Civil." Then she stretches her hands infront of her and they shake hands.

Then the two headed to their respective rooms to sleep.

Sam woke up around 7 am, even on holiday break maaga siyang nagigising dahil she needs to help with household chores but she's not home, but she's up.

She took a shower and headed downstairs. But she heard muffled sounds so she stop halfway in her tracks and took her seat on the stairs. Then she listens. It Granny Dom and Granny Sam, as what Dom addresses them.

"Dominique! The kids!" Older Sam said and Sam heard a slap from where she's sitting.

"Honey, they're upstairs sleeping..." sabi ni Dominique.

"I’m going to burn these toast baby!" Samantha said as Dominique wrapped her hands around her wife's waist.

"Yeah? Then they suffer eating burned toast..." sabi ni Dominique and she turn Samantha around she kissed the pregnant woman.

"Dom or Sam could walk in any second..." Older Sam said as Older Dom gave her a playful smirk.

"Well then they'll see what they’re missing..." sabi ni Dom.

Sam's still sitting on the stairs as she heard those words, she didn’t want to know what's happening but she can’t move, she's fixed on the damn cold stairs.

"Now where was I?" She heard Older Dom's voice, very sultry, very sexy voice.

"Oh  fuuuuck..." She heard her older self moan! She moaned!

"Oh f**k indeed..." Older Dom said and Young Sam could almost see her smirk from the way she talks.

Then after seconds of seconds had passed the scene got more intense, Innocent young Sam's mind was exploding from the sounds she’s hearing.

Oh god oh god oh god oh god oh god im not hearing these!

Yes, Sam was raised in a very traditional environment, she hasn’t watched p**n before, nakakita na siya ng mga pictures when she's spending time on google for projects, but she's gonna close it immediately to not hurt her eyes. But the only word that she can think of on how she'll describe the sounds are pornographic. Then she heard a long loud moan from Samantha.

Oh my god no... Dominique Valdez is going to make me moan like a pornstar.

Sam finally stood up from where she's sitting and took steps backward. Before the end of the stairs, she took a sit to calm herself down.

"Hey..." She heard a voice from her back she was a bit shaken up by the familiar voice. "Hey, Miss Jumpy pants..."

"Shut up...." Sam said to Dom.

"Bakit ka nandito?" Dom asked her and Sam's face was still in horror.

"Calming my nerves..."

"From?"

"Just don’t go downstairs now..." sabi ni Sam.

"Why?"

"Just trust me on this one... can you?" Sam said and Dom sit beside her.

Sam and Dom sitting beside each other on the stairs and having a little talk. About their favorites, movie, color, book, subjects, and stuff.

"TV show?" Sam asked Dom and Dom blushed. "Come on, Dom! No one will know, except me..."

"Glee..." Dom blurted and Sam was shocked. She will be if she didn’t see Dom playing the drums the other day, but the girl clearly loves music. Sam nods and Dom smiled.

"Favorite Character?"

"Quinn..." Sabi ni Dom and Sam looked at her.

"Sino si Quinn?"

"The blonde one?  The hot one? Dianna Agron? I am number four?" Dom starts throwing clues for Sam.

"Oh? Yeah..." sabi ni Sam and she smiles. "Maybe we got Dianne's name from her... Don’t you think?"

"Yeah? Oh?" Dom said as she realized. "Oo nga ano? Dianne Michele? With a single L? Definitely came from Lea Michele's surname... Wow..."

"Yeah?" Sabi ni Sam and Dom nods. "Wow, you're such a dork.."

"Coming from you? Maybe I am..." sabi ni Dom and Sam giggled.

"Ahem!" They heard from behind and looked at the two girls standing behind them. Dianne and Krystal with towels twirled on their heads, then behind them Dylan with unruly hair scratching his eyes and Little Aubrey yawning and her hands wrapped around her brother's thigh.

"What  are you lovebirds doing here?" Dianne asked the two and Dom and Sam stood up fast as lightning and catch their breaths.

"We're just uhm.." Dom starts rumbling.

"Talking..." Sam said and Dianne nods.

"Yeah? Okay. Well, find somewhere else to talk. You're blocking the stairs." Sabi ni Dianne, then Dom and Sam parted to make ways for the kids  "Sumabay na kayo, magbebreakfast na din naman tayo..."

Sumunod naman si Dom at Sam sa mga bata and Sam trailing on the very back of the line. As they reach the living room they saw Older Dom on the table with her coffee and a newspaper in hand, Older Sam in the kitchen serving the table. Sam let a sigh of relief as she saw their post-s*x faces. They looked innocent but it’s too late, Sam heard it all.

Umupo sila sa mga designated seats nila, then they start eating and Dom saw Dylan and Aubrey na hinang hina..

"Why is my little ninja looks oh soo tired?" Dominique asked her daughter as Samantha on the other side of the table brushed Dylan's hair to stop covering his eyes.

"Maybe Kuya and Little bree got tired opening presents last night..." Older Sam said and she gave Older Dom a wink.

"Oh my! Mommy?" Older Dom said dramatically as their eldest daughter rolled her eyes because of her mothers’ dramatic gestures. Samantha on the other hand loving what she's seeing right now. Dom and Sam just smiling, thinking how come they became so dorky. "Then how are they gonna open more presents tonight? I bet grampa Valdez will come with gifts lots of gifts!" Older Dom announced and Dylan and Aubrey were wakened up, their eyes were big with excitement.

"Oh please..." Dianne said as her Mommy laugh at her.

"I know you love gifts too!" Sabi ni Samantha kay Dianne.

"Wala naman akong sinabing ayaw ko diba?" Dianne said and Older Dom nods.

"Si Daddy?" Young Dom asked the table, and all head turns at her.

"Oh? I forgot..." Older Dom said.

"I haven't seen him for three years..." sabi ni Dom as she stood up grab some toast and run upstairs.

"What's-" Sam asked worriedly.

"I still hate him so much when I’m in my third year of college..." sabi ni Dominique and she stood up. "I'll go talk to her..." then she followed young Dom upstairs.

Older Sam looked at Younger Sam their identical eyes met. "She's going to be okay..." sabi ni Samantha kay Sam and Sam can't help but feel worried. Older Sam held Sam's hands across the table and gave her a reassuring smile. "It'll be okay.." Then finally Sam gave her a smile.

"I know... By merely looking at you, I know it'll be okay..." sabi ni Sam and it’s turned for Older Sam to smile.

"Look how smart are you..." Older Sam said proudly to herself then she looked at the kids. "And now let's eat... We'll have a long day today..."

"Understatement..." Sam said and Older Sam just wink at her.
