Chapter 5: The Twist

Dom run to Dylan's room and lie down on his bed. Ayaw niyang makita yung Daddy niya, yes binibigyan siya ng panggastos sa pag aaral but that's it. Wala nang emotional attachment si Dom sa Daddy niya since he missed her highschool graduation. Someone opened the door and she saw Older Dominique coming in.

"Hey little me..." Older Dom called.

"Stop..." Dom demanded irritably and her older self took her seat on the edge of the bed.

"Okay, dahil ba to kay Daddy?, Dom, I swear ibang iba na si Daddy ngayon, he reached out to us somewhere during college." Sabi ni Dominique and Dom looked at her with tears in her eyes.

"Really?"

"Yes, really..." Older Dom answered. "He's 62 now, he was diagnosed na may Alzheimer's four years ago, so nahihirapan din siyang makilala kami. Kahit ako, last year I have to talk to him 3 hours straight bago niya ako makilala..."

"Ow?"

"Kinarma si Daddy no?" Older Dom said and Dom nods. "So... He'll be here later, he loves all the kids, but he's playing favorites."

"Favorites?"

"Mmhmm... Si Dianne, spoiled na spoiled si Di kay daddy nung baby pa siya, bumawi siya sa amin ni Sam..." Older Dom said and Dom looked down. "What's wrong?"

"We kissed..." Dom said and she looked at her Older self with full of guilt.

"I know..." Older Dom said. "I am you remember?"

"But she has a boyfriend... a boyfriend!" Dom said and Older Dom shook her head.

"Nagaalala ka ba pag nakabalik na kayo? Wala naman kayong maaalala parehas ng mga nangyayari dito..."

"I know but-"

"Dominique, I am you. Even if sila pa din ni Anthony pagbalik mo, magtiwala ka lang sa sarili mo. Magiging kayo rin ni Sam..."

"Pero sila pa din..."

"And how long will that last for?" Older Dom asked her and winked at the younger one. "Its gonna be okay... Trust me"

"Yeah... Okay.." Dom said and she just hugged Older Dom, Dom thinks this is the very first time she initiate a hug.

A few minutes after Older Dom exits the room Sam entered and gave Dom a smile habang nakatayo sa may pinto.

"May I?"

"Sure..." naglakad si Sam papasok sa kwarto at umupo sa tabi ni Dom. "What's up?" Dom asked her.

"Chinecheck ka lang kung okay ka na..." sabi ni Sam and Dom nods.

"Thanks... Okay na ko, Granny Dom and I had the talk..."

"Napapansin ko you love talking to yourself lately..." sabi ni Sam and Dom giggled.

"Im going insane right?" Dom asked and Sam lift an eyebrow to agree.

"Ano namang pinagusapan niyo?"

"Na pagbalik natin wala tayong maaalala..." sabi ni Dom and she looked to her right at nagkatitigan sila ni Sam. "Na pagbalik natin... Itutuloy lang natin yung naiwan natin"

"Totoo ba tong nakikita ko? Malungkot ka?" Tanong ni Sam with a smile forming in her face and Dom rolled her eyes.

"You wish-" but Dom stopped when Sam scoots over and rest her head on Dom's shoulder. "What the-"

"Shhh..." Sam shush Dom. "Granny Sam told me you love cuddles..." Sam said and she felt Dom relaxed. "Dom?"

"Hm?"

"Minsan ba naiisip mo na ayaw mo ng bumalik?"

"Wala naman akong babalikan..." Sabi ni Dom and Sam looked up to her. "Ikaw meron.."

"Yes but-"

Then the door opened and Dylan came in.

"Am I... like interrupting something?" Dylan asked.

"Maybe?" Dom answered and Sam nudged Dom’s side.

"Not at all.." sabi ni Sam.

"Mommy and Mama wants you both downstairs.." sabi ni Dylan and without speaking tumayo silang dalawa at bumaba. They saw the Older ones and they were called para tumulong magayos ng Dinner nila para mamaya. After a long day of preparations natapos din sila around 3pm, enough para makatulog si Dom at Sam sa kanya kanya nilang kwarto. Si Dominique at Samantha na lang magtatapos ng mga ihahanda nila.

Unlike their last time nakatulog ng mabuti yung dalawa. Aubrey was asked to wake Sam up habang nagbibihis na si Dylan at Dianne. Aubrey walk inside her room and she's taking small steps papunta sa kama na hinihigaan ni Sam. She smiled because she really find her Ate Dim really pretty, she got her mini stairs to climb the bed and she crawl her way to Sam's face.

Aubrey held Sam's face with her palms and kiss the girl's nose.

"Hmm..." Sam adjusted her body but her face can’t move. She slowly opened her right eye and as she saw the girl, it made her smile.

"Ate Dim... Mommy told me to wake you up" sabi ni Aubrey and Sam opened her left eye, grabbed Bree's head with her hands and kissed her nose. "C'mon... Let's wake Ate Alex up..." Sabi ni Aubrey and Sam looked at her.

"Oh? Tulog pa din siya?" Aubrey nods and Sam smiles. She dressed herself up with Dianne's clothes and she carried Aubrey on their way to Dylan's room.

Aubrey knocks, nothing. Aubrey knocks again then Dom answered them with a groan.

"Its Sam... The young one. Uhm... Are you decent? Can we come in?" Sam asked through the door.

"Yeah..." Dom said at pagpasok ni Sam at Aubrey nagsusuot na si Dom ng Tshirt niya and Sam catch a glimpse of Dom's Holy Abs. Then she looked up at Dom's face na nakapikit pa din. "Are you sure you're awake?"

"I'm up..." Dom whispered. "It doesn’t look like it but I'm up..." Sabi ni Dom and she yawns and stretches her arms. Then she looked at Sam. "What now?"

"Uhm.. Kailangan mo nang magbihis, dadating na yung Daddy mo." sabi ni Sam and Dom immediately got up and dress herself with a flannel shirt na nakita niya sa closet ni Dylan.

Bumaba na sila at nanuod ng TV sa living room. Napansin naman ni Dom na ang tahitahimik ni Sam, so she stood up lift Aubrey from sofa at umupo siya then kinalong niya si Aubrey. Sam looked at her.

"Ano?"

"You seem too quiet.." sabi ni Dom. "I mean its better, pero iba pala pag di ka nagsasalita..."

"Wala naman... Kinakabahan lang ako." Sabi ni Sam.

"Saan?"

"Paano kung hindi ako magustuhan ng Daddy mo?" Tanong ni Sam and Dom snorted a laugh at hinampas ni Sam yung braso niya. "Im serious, Dom!"

"Why? Bakit naman?"

"Well, I turned you gay... His only daughter... is gay... because of me..." sabi ni Sam.

"Hey... Alam mo bang Doctor si Dad?"

"Really?" Sam asked and Dom nods.

"Really... So you can talk about something that interests both of you, you know. Like pancreas, spleens..." sabi ni Dom and Sam giggled.

"Very funny..." sabi ni Sam with a sarcastic tone and Dom smiled.

"See? Tumatawa ka na. Chill ka lang..." sabi ni Dom, hindi nila alam that the Grannies are watching them from the kitchen with a smile on their faces.

"I told you... I won’t let that happen" Sabi ni Dominique and she leaned to Samantha for a kiss.

"No eggs?"

"No eggs..." Older Dom said and they end up kissing in the kitchen and were stopped when Dianne snapped at them.

"Eww... Get a room!" Dianne shouted and Aubrey pouts because she love her mother’s kissing.

Then a knock on the door came and Dianne and Dylan raised to the door as if they were still young to do that, and when grampa Valdez came to a view they all hugged him.

"Grampa!!!" Dylan shouted and hugged his Granddad. Then stood there to give room for Dianne

"Hey Old man.." sabi ni Dianne and it made their lolo smile.

"Hey little chip..." he said. Then Older Dom carry Aubrey and they greeted him on the door as Older Sam followed them.

"Happy Christmas dad..." Older Dom greeted as she walk closer to her dad and gave him a peck on his cheek.

"Merry Christmas Pa..." Older Sam said and she hugged the old man. They entered the house and Grampa Valdez's eyes landed on the two-time travelers.

"Sino sila?" Grampa Valdez asked as he wink at Older Dom.

"Oh? Uhm... Teammate ni Dianne Dad..." Sabi ni Dominique and they all share a dinner together.

They all share a the dinner pero habang nasa gitna sila ng Dinner Dom's father had his episodes, so his nurse na sumama sakanya help the family to keep his calm. Grampa Valdez is alone in the leaving room as the whole family continues their Dinner.

"Mommy... Okay lang po si lolo?" Aubrey asked as the little girl's eyes were fixed on the old man.

"Okay lang siya Bree..." Older Sam explained. "He just needs a rest and they'll go back to the hospital tomorrow..." then napansin ni Samantha na her wife looks really worried. "Hey honey... He's going to be fine, you talk to him after Dinner..." Dominique smiled at her wife.

"Dom?" Sam called her fellow time traveler.

"Oh?"

"Are you okay?"

"Obviously, not really. First time kong nakasama si Daddy na hindi niya ako gustong paalisin..." sabi ni Dom and Sam looked at her.

"Hindi ko alam na ganyan ang relationship mo with him..." sabi ni Sam and Dom nods. "But hey, look at the bright side, he loves our... I mean their family."

"Yeah... I see..." Sabi ni Dom and the dinner ended and everyone help with the dishes.

Older Dom saw Dom looking at their father.

"Hey little me..." Older Dom called.

"What now?"

"Go... Talk to him" Older Dom said and Dom's face turned pale on the spot.

"Wha-I cant... he's.."

"He's not that guy anymore... Come on..." Older Dom said and she dragged Dom to the living room. "Dad... Someone wants to talk to you."

Dom's father looked at the two, then older Dom leave the two alone.

"Hi...h-hi sir..." Dom greeted her father as Sam watch her from the dining table who's 'listening' to Aubrey's story.

"Sit down..." her Dad said and it sent shivers on Dom's body, she's scared.

"I’m Dianne's-"

"Dont bullshit me honey..." Grampa Valdez said and Dom's eyes grew wide in shock. "Akala mo ba di ko makikilala ang sariling kong anak?"

"But-"

"I dont wanna know how... Im not interested." Dom's father said and Dom's really scared on her seat as she gripped her seat. "Ang mahalaga sakin ngayon is you're here..."

"Dad..."

"Hindi na kita nakita after ng graduation mo, I deserve that sweetie, I deserve that, kulang pa nga yon. Then I talked to your tita and she told me they got you a dorm room?"

"Yes Dad..."

"You know I regretted everything I did to you... The way I treat you like you didn't exist... Im an asshole."

"Daddy-"

"But I won’t deny the fact na namimiss kita, but all I have to do is turn the TV on and mapapanuod kita.." Sabi ng Daddy ni Dom as Dom’s eyes looked up to her really old father. "Im so proud of you, of what you've become..."

"You do?"

"Yes, and those years na wala ako sa tabi mo you've been a very brave girl sweetie... It took me years to get over your mom's death, and as you grow older, Im seeing her to you... And she hated me for how I treated you... sana mapatawad mo ko Dom... Im so sorry... im so proud of you anak-" then Dom stood up and hugged her father..

"I love you Dad..." Dom said as she hug her father. Older Dom was crying on her wife's shoulder and Sam's eyes were holding back the tears.

"Totoo... Im very proud of you, of what you've become, for having this beautiful family... Love them."

"I will... I will..." Dom promised her Dad and Older Sam told Older Dom to join the cry club, she did. The three Valdez on a tight hug.

"This is so weird... But this is the greatest feeling I've ever felt..." Grampa Valdez said and the two Dom smiled.

"Ako din Dad..." they said in unison and giggles at how they acted so similar to each other.

That night will be the happiest night that Dom had to spend in the future, she just hopes that she'll remember this, but she can’t. So she just keeps playing the scene on her head, over and over again. Her Dad loves her, that's all that matters

This will be the time travelers last day in the future, later tonight they'll have to go. They'll leave the future as if nothing happened. That saddened the two of them because the friendship they did have here is overwhelming and undeniably unbelievable.

Dom doesn’t know that Sam can cook, she doesn’t know that Sam is a clingy monkey, she doesn’t know that Sam is not really that annoying... sometimes. She doesn’t know that the girl has had a crush on her since the first day. But now she did.

Sam doesn’t know that Dom has her dorky side, she doesn’t know that Dom loves scrambled eggs so much, she doesn’t know that Dom wears eyeglasses when she's doing her art thing, she doesn’t know Dom can play a lot of instruments, she doesn’t know that Dom has this friendly side. But now she did.

It’s been almost a week of cease-fire for Dom and Sam, and yes, they loved this kind of relationship more, feels weird but they loved it.

But they have to go, on new years eve...

Older Sam asked Dom's assistance to go to the grocery with her and Dianne and Dom politely accept the invite.

Dianne drives the car as Older Sam and Young Dom sit on the back.

"How are you feeling? It’s your last day..." Older Sam asked the youngster on her side. Dom looked down and smile.

"Happy, that I met you guys... Sad, that I cant keep these memories with me." Dom said and Dianne's eavesdropping from the driver's seat.

"And about you and Sam? Not me the other one."

"Well I-uhm... I dont know, I think kami na lang bahala magfigure out ng gagawin namin pag balik namin don..." Sabi ni Dom.

"Pagbalik niyo, aso't pusa pa din kayo. Pero you two secretly care for each other, and that's what important..." Older Sam said and Dom nods.

"I can’t believe that I can endure talking to her without wanting to punch her face or seal her mouth..." Dom said and Dianne giggled from the driver's seat.

"Well... that's progress." Older Sam said. "Love me when you two get back, remember the fact that I carried three kids inside of me for you!"

"I'll keep that in mind..." sabi ni Dom.

"Pero seriously? I insist on carrying these, I want to have Dom's babies..." sabi ni Samantha and Dom's eyebrow quirked. "Look at her genes..." pointing at Dianne.

"I know right..." Dianne said with a smirk on her face. "Mama's genes are like all in one, but sometimes I really wished that Dylan's genes were really cool too, he's a genius."

"He gets that from me..." Older Sam said.

"But no thanks mom, parang di ko kaya maging allergic sa masarap mong scrumbled eggs. Ugh, I love those!" Dianne said.

"So mas pinipili mong makain yung favorite food mo instead na maging genius ka?" Older Sam asked.

"Well yes, ganon na nga..." sabi ni Dianne and Older Sam laugh as she shakes her head and Dom agreed to the teen's answer. No thanks, Sam.

"So... Uhm that." Dom said pointing at Older Sam's baby bump. "I assume letter A siya? Because Dianne, Dylan and Aubrey... Anong magiging pangalan niya?"

Older Sam smile at her. "Well my wife is good at that... this little guy will be named Aiden, what do you think?"

"Wow..." Dom muttered and smile. "What a beautiful name... He'll be a heartbreaker."

"I can sense that too..." Older Sam said and Dom nods in agreement. Dianne pulled on the parking lot and they continued shopping.

Few hours after Dom left Sam had her lone time in Aubrey's room. So Sam decided to go downstairs to watch some tv shows she has never seen before. She saw Older Dom on the couch with Aubrey and Dylan watching some football.

Sam walks towards them and sit beside Older Dom. Aubrey is squeezed on Older Dom's side while Dylan's head was on her sister's lap as she plays on his video game. Like a PSP in the future with really cool features and stuff.

"So lahat kayo mahilig sa sport?" Sam asked as she grab some popcorn from Older Dom's bowl.

"Hmm.. Yup, mageexpect ka pa ba ng iba? Well Dylan has the least interest in sports sa bahay, but he plays basketball... So..."

"Its great, I mean, the whole family with different things to do... Sa bahay kasi, dahil parehas na teacher si Mama at Papa wala kaming ginawa ni Trev kundi magbasa ng libro... Play board games and stuff..." sabi ni Sam and Older Dom nods.

"Hayaan mo, little me will give you adventures." Older Dom said with a wink. "And for me, kung babalikan ko lahat, I really need to calm the F down you know, every night nagbabar kami ni Topher, lalo na nung nagkaroon ako ng girlfri-"

"Wait what?"

"Oh? Yeah, I had a girlfriend before maging tayo..." sabi ni Dominique. "Which I think is fair? Because you're still with Anthony..."

"Uhm kilala ko ba?"

"Hmmm... Di mo rin naman maaalala but yes, pagbalik niyo sa future, Dom will have a new roommate, that'll be her..." sabi ni Dominique and Sam felt like she just punch in the gut.

"Why? Did you really like her?"

"I do? But not as much I like you... She's pretty much like the young me, parties, arts and stuff that's why we got comfortable and we hit it off right away..." Older Dom said.

"Ow?"

"But I love you dont worry..." Older Dom said and Sam smile sheepishly.

"You do?" Sam asked with her adoring big eyes.

"I do..." Older Dom answered with a smile.

"My Dom wouldn't have told me that." Her tone was very hopeless, and Older Dom quirked an eyebrow at the wording.

"Your Dom?"

Another pretty flush settled over Sam's cheeks. "I didn't mean-"

"I'm just teasing you," Older Dom reassured her as she drape her arms on the Teen Sam's shoulder. "She's yours though..."

"She is?"

"Yeah..."

Then the door opened and it’s their other half who enters. Dom felt a bit of jealousy when she saw Granny Dom's arms around Sam but she shakes it off her head when Sam stood up and help them carry the bags.

"Hey..." Sam greeted her and both of their cheeks blushed for a moment, then Dom regained herself and greeted her back.

"Hi..."

"Dominique Valdez!!!!" Older Sam shouted and it made both Dom jump. "Ow Im sorry sweetie, Im calling my wife..."

Dom let a sigh of relief and Sam smiled. The two made their way on the couch with Aubrey and Dylan, while Dianne is on her phone at the dining table. Older Dom walked towards her wife and frightened.

"What are these?!" Older Sam asked as she points at the messy kitchen and Older Dom’s face was the definition of guilty.

"The kids... Gusto nila ng pop corn" sabi ni Dominique.

"And?"

"So gumawa ako..."

"And you decided not to clean after?"

"Baby Im sorry... Ito na lilinisin ko na." Older Dom said as Dom and Sam watched what was happening, they feel like their eyes was seeing something unseen. Sam Lazaro, bossing Dominique Valdez on the future.

Older Sam walk to her wife and hugged her in the waist. "My baby hormones are making me moody..."

"I understand... It’s okay" Older Dom said as she tilt her head to Older Sam for a kiss. "No eggs, just pop corns." Then they kiss again.

"Ahem!" Dylan pretends to cough as he saw Sam and Dom drooling over what they're seeing right now. He got the time travelers’ attention. "You two are the grossest parents ever, but we love you"

"What?" Aubrey asked and the two starts to panic but Dylan made a way out.

"Nothing Bree..." Dylan said, as simple as that.

"So how's the shopping in the future?" Sam asked about Dom's day.

"Fun. Cool clothes. I'll pay to live there." Dom said and she told Sam how Dianne loved those too, and how she's mentioning everything she got from school just to get what she want from her mommy, that ends up buying her a pair of new clothing.

"Wow!" Sam commented finally when she heard Dianne launch the story of her own excellence. "She's just like you.."

"Except more self-absorbed, that she got from you. I honestly didn't know that could happen." Dom said with a giggle.

"Don't be mean," Sam said pouted. It was playful though, she could tell that Dom had just been teasing her.

"Just being honest," Dom said to her.

"Well, since we're being honest, I'm mad at you," Sam said and Dom dramatically held her chest as if she were very shocked and giggled at what she just did.

When Dom giggled in that raspy, sexy, confident way it made Sam's knees feel a little weak. "For being honest? Seryoso?" Dom asked her.

"No, for somehow talking me into having three babies inside of me!"

"Hey... Older you told me you insisted having them, so hindi mo ko masisisi... You love me so much to carry three babies for us" Dom said

"What makes you think I would want three children? Alam kong may sinabi ka sakin kung bakit nagdesisyon ako ng ganto. Maybe you dont want your figures to get ruined huh? That sounds like some crazy idea you would come up with. And I was talking about the other you, not you you." Sam starts to talk like a machine gun again but this time Dom finds it adorably cute.

"That doesn't make any sense at all. Yes, maybe you're right, maybe I convinced you, but explain to me how I let you drop Valdez out of my name, how!? " She jerked her head a little, her brain finally processing all that had been said. "You just called me crazy too. You're digging a deeper hole for yourself, Mrs. Lazaro..."

"Can we now stop talking about me carrying our babies? It's weird. I feel pressured, you haven't even asked me to marry you yet and we're already talking about children. I want a ring first."

Dom couldn't help laughing, because Sam was funny, and a little absurd. "There's no way I'm the one that's going to propose first... No Sam, sa panaginip mo malamang, but me? Nah-uh!"

"Shut up Dom... Think again. If I'm pushing three of your kids out of me, you will be the one to pop the question. Diba? Come on!" Sam said as she wave her hands animatedly infront of her.

"So you just want me for the material positions my large paychecks from coaching and winning championships? hmm?"

"How did you even get that out of what I just said?" Sam asked her. "Wala talaga tong kwenta kausap... Hindi kita pakasalan diyan bahala ka."

Dom gasped in shock. She knew, realistically, that they were just playing around, Sam laughed loudly enough that they drew attention, Dom waved off the concerned glances.

When Sam's full-body laughter turned into quiet giggles, she looped her arm around Dom's and leaned her head on the girl's shoulder. Dom bit her lip and tried to remain calm, but her whole body felt like it was buzzing like her skin was just going to fly off at any second. Sam shifted and Dom had to contain a whimper when the poo poo girl's forehead touched the side of her jaw. Words wanted to escape her mouth, so she switched her biting from lip to tongue, and bore down hard enough for it to hurt.

"I like this," Sam whispered after a moment. Talking louder would have ruined the feeling. "Us, being friends. It's nice. Bakit ngayon lang natin ginawa to?"

Dom just nodded.

A weird tension pushed through the narrow space between them, the tension came from the simple fact that they knew they wouldn't be friends in this future. They were so much more than friends and it was frightening.

Comforting. Comfortable. Easy. Boring. Dom thought. Nothing like being with Sam would be.

Sam gave her the impression being with her will be Annoying, Stressful, Loud and more.

"Yeah... Hindi rin ako makapaniwala." Dom finally mamanged to say something.

"And you wear contacts. Wow, I dont know that. I mean, all this time? Habang naglalaro tayo?"

Dom flushed and looked down at her knees. "Irrelevant to this conversation. Bakit mo naman nasabi yan? And what do you expect? I stay late up every night to finish a book I love..."

"I understand why you wouldn't want to wear glasses while you were on training, but they look very flattering on you." Sam teased, bumping Dom's shoulder.

"I...thank you." Dom thanked Sam's kind words towards her as her cheek flushed red. "You're not bad yourself without the glasses on too... Even they're on, it looks good on you."

"Of course. Thank you Dom..." Sam said as she hid her blushing face on Dom’s shoulder.

Being complimented by Dominique Valdez was one of the greatest moments in Sam's life. For real. She didn't want this 'friendship' to end, neither Dom.

Its time. The Lazaros are all in the living room with Dom and Sam. Dianne's not looking at the Time travelers because she's a bit sad, Dylan cried and Aubrey still didn't know what's happening, well at least Dylan told her that Dom and Sam are like girlfriends, that's why Aubrey never ask why they're always together.

Older Dom took a step papalapit sa dalawa.

"I just hope na pagbalik niyo makita niyo ulit yung way para maging ganyan kayong dalawa..." Older Dom said as her wife walk towards them and wrapped her arms around Dominique's waist.

"I really hope so..." Dom said as she grab Sam's hands. Sam gave her hands and she can feel that Dom's scared, she is too.

Older Sam walks towards the two.

"Remember, always follow your instincts. If you felt like you need to find each other. Do it. Ugh. It’s really frustrating that I want you two to remember everything and yet alam kong hindi pwede..." Older Sam said and she felt a comforting hand from her wife. "Sorry hon, baby hormones."

"It’s okay.." Older Dom said and she kissed Older Sam’s cheek. Then she looked at the two. "Have a safe trip back... it'll hurt"

"Oh my gosh? Yung parang kung paano kami napunta dito?" Dom asked and her palms keep sweating on Sam's.

"Worse..." Older Sam said.

"Oh gosh.." Sam said and she gripped Dom's hands tighter as their fingers interlocked with each other.

"I'll miss you guys.." Dylan said as she gave the two a hug.

"Me too..." Dianne said and her parents smile because Di showed her vulnerability. Aubrey joined the hug.

"So the countdown will start... You'll both disappear in 1... We dont have to see it..." Older Dom said and all of them just nods. She's still the authority.

They gave a final group hug with the two. Samantha, Sam, and Dylan were crying. As Dominique, Dom, and Dianne kept their tears on the edge of their eyes. Aubrey's still confused as f**k.

"Look... Mommy's genes make you a cry baby.." Dianne said as she watch the three cry. Then her mom shot her a glare. "Nope, it’s not baby hormones this time mom..."

Then when the hug breaks, Samantha hugged her wife. Dylan runs to her sister and cry on her shoulders like a baby. Dom pulled Sam towards her and dried her tears.

"So... I guess this is it?" Dom asked and her older counterpart nods. She gave Sam’s hand a tight gripped and they start to move.

"Bye..." Sam muttered and the two starts to walk on their way to the backyard and wait for the time.

The two leave the family really quiet in the living room. They're watching a new year party on the TV and continue their life.

"Mommy... Can I get my milk on the fridge please?" Aubrey asked her mother.

"Yes, honey... Ofcourse" Then Older Sam looked at Dylan. "Help your sister."
