Chapter 11: The Warning

Nine

I was about to prepare and leave Khisfire. I'm leaving this world to Zephyr. She knows what to do. I still have some fixing to do back to Axis mundi. The time for the Death Department there has been extended at hanggang ngayon ay hindi na nababalik ang tamang flow ng lahat.

I have been for billion of eons at natural lamang na kailangan kong habulin ang lahat. I have been expecting a call from my Lord.

As I was about to leave the room, a white butterfly came and landed on the back of my hands and then flew away. I followed it until we left the domain and found ourselves in the top part of a mountain where the Zariya tree lies.

Dumapo sa isang sanga ng puno ang puting paru-paro.

Yumukod ako at nagbigay galang.

"My lord," acknowledging him.

"Jormungandr, how are you my child," malumanay nitong tanong sa akin. "I'm sorry for letting you imprison for billions of eons.

"I know you have your reasons, my Lord. But I'm still fortunate that you led someone to find me and freed me," sagot ko sa kanya. "Now that I'm back, the order in Earth and Khisfire will be normal, my Lord," magalang na sagot ko sa kanya.

"The humans on Earth and the Khisians are no longer worshipping me which breaks my heart, my child. Those celestials I created turned their back on me," aniya pa.

"Do you wish to let them reap by me, my lord? I will sever the truce between them and I. I was already betrayed and took the job I had. I no longer trusted them, my lord. Say the word and it will be my honor to do it," sabi ko pa.

Nakita kong dumapo ang paruparo sa aking balikat.

"Rise my child. I want to show you this planet that Ellesmore gifted me for the creature to live here. But overtime, Archons become greedy. Constant wars, their pride and selfishness brought demice to this world like the Earth. Unwanted creatures that are much superior to humans are now freely roaming. They are being preyed on. I want the whole universe to be cleansed again, Child," aniya.

"I'm all ears, my lord," sagot ko sa kanya na hudyat na magpatuloy siya sa sinasabi niya.

"I want to eliminate everyone. They already grow horns and it's unbreakable now. I know this job must be tough on you but I will help you," aniya.

"I will do what you desire, my lord. I was created by you to serve only you. I will follow what you want until I can," sagot ko sa kanya.

"You don't have to be alone, my child. There are creatures who still believe in me and there are some that have doubts about the Gods that they thought who created them. One day, you'll meet them and they will help you. I want you to lead them to me. Show them that I am real."

"And who are those creatures, my lord?" tanong ko sa kanya.

"I can't tell you. You'll meet them eventually. But child, be careful. Do not trust that easily. I trust your judgement. Two wars will be coming in your way. I hope you'll be prepared by then. Remember, you are not alone, my child," anito bago naglaho na lamang bigla.

As the butterfly disappeared leaving only it's light's traces, nakarinig ako ng kaluskos.

As expected. That stubborn archon again.

"You again?" tanong ko sa kanya bago humarap sa kanya nakatayo sa ibabang bahagi ng tuktok ng bundok kung saan ako naroon.

"I'm sorry for uhm disturbing you, but what are you doing here?" tanong niya sa akin.

"It's none of your business," sagot ko sa kanya at humakbang upang bababa na sana ngunit natapakan ko ang laylayan ng damit na pinahiram sa akin ni Zephyr at bigla akong na out balance.

Ah! Damn it!

Before I could even do anything, I found myself sitting on top of that bastard Archon. He's laying down while I'm on top of him. He's in between my legs while his both hands are holding my waist. Napasubsob ang aking mukha sa sa kanyang dibdib and damn it.

Why is this stupid Archon smells so good. It's a manly scent and so freaking smells good. I inhaled the scent. Wala sa loob akong gumagalaw-galaw. My body reacted to the scent and my snake hissed as if it's happy to smell that scent.

"Uhmm.. please don't move, Miss," sabi niya sa akin.

Bigla akong natauhan lalo na noong may naramdaman akong kakaibang init na nagmumula sa bagay na kung saan ay inuupuan ko.

Tumingin ako sa kanya at noon ko lang napansin na ang kulay ng mga mata ng lalaki ay Amber and it's slightly glowing making it like a sunset that I used to watch when I was young. When everything was young back then. I just couldn't help myself but to stare at his eyes. Suddenly I felt something within me. Something that responds to the thing that is currently rubbing against my diamond down there.

"What are you doing..hmmm," tanong ko sa kanya lalo na noong naramdaman ko ang mga kamay niyang unti-unting hinahaplos ang aking pang-upo.

"Go while I'm still in my right mind," sagot niya sa akin. "Or else, you'll regret what I'm going to do with you," dagdag pa niya.

Bigla akong natauhan sa sinabi niya at napapiksi paalis sa kanina ay kinauupuan ko.

"Sinamantala mo ang aksidenteng nangyari sa akin!" sigaw ko sa kanya after realizing what is happening between us. "The nerve of you!" sigaw ko pa bago nagmamadaling umalis sa lugar na iyon ng hindi lumingon vanishing myself in the process.

Nadatnan ako ni Zephyr na nakatayo at nakatingin sa kawalan. Souls from everywhere are being guided to the ship that is about to deliver to Axis Mundi for sorting.

"Mistress, your flush face is new to me, what happened?" tanong niya sa akin. "Did something happen outside?" aniya pa.

Napakunok ako.

"No nothing," sagot ko sa kanya. I don't like discussing that thing that happened between me and that Archon.

"Your nothing is not convincing, Mistress. You created me to be observant and the way you look today is something I never saw from the start until today. It's either your frowning or you look like you want to kill someone," aniya pa.

"It's nothing. It's just that I accidentally slipped and I ended up on top of an Archon who followed me twice. I landed on the lower part of his body," sagot ko sa kanya.

"And? What happened?" anito na para bang nagniningning ang mga mata.

"Well," sabi ko na nagbawi ng paningin sa kanya at ibinaling sa labas ang mga ito. "That I felt something hot and a hard thing pressed against my treasure. And well, I was kinda uhm into it. I felt like I want to uhm well-"

"Want that thing to enter inside of you and get lost with your bodily desire, is that what you want to say, Mistress?" tanong nito although alam na niya iyon.

Nahihiya akong tumango sa kanya.

"Hmmm," aniya na pumikit pa at naglagay ng mga daliri sa kanyang baba. "Well, Mistress. I thought you were cold as I have seen you and then it turns out that you also have well, desires. You desire opposite s*x. You like men and you are not the rumored lesbian," sagot niya.

"The hell? I'm not a lesbian. I don't desire females. Where the hell did you hear about that?" tanong ko sa kanya.

"Well mistress it has been circulating for billions of eons already. Hindi mo ba alam iyon?" tanong niya na nagtataka.

"Not a single thing. Tell me why am I labeled as Lesbian? Where I know myself that I'm not."

"So those girls that entered your chamber back then, you didn't touched them?" naniniguradong tanong nito.

"Oh that?" tanong ko noon maalala kong may mga pangyayaring nagpapasok ako ng mga babaeng celestial sa aking silid. And that was Oceanus, my sea horse wanted a tasty snack so I fed them to him. "It was for my favorite horse, Oceanus. I feed them to him," sagot ko sa kanya.

"Ha? Those girls are food?" hindi makapaniwalang tanong niya.

"Yes. Does it bother you?" tanong ko sa kanya.

"At first, yes. I was like, 'what if the mistress also wants me? Will she take me too?' the question that was in my mind before I knew what you did to those girls," sagot niya.

"Seriously?" hindi makapaniwalang tanong ko sa kanya. "Is that why am I being impressed a lesbian?" hindi parin ako makapaniwalang tanong ko sa kanya.

"Yes, mistress. Anyway, back to the topic. Who is this lucky Archon who managed to bring an unfamiliar desire to our mistress?" tanong niya sa akin.

Nagkibit ako ng balikat.

"I don't know. I'm not interested. I don't tend to know someone who doesn't interest me and is about to die soon," sagot ko sa kanya.

There's no way that I'm going to say that I am attracted to that archon's amber eyes like the sunset I used to watch nor how alluring his scent is. Na ah. Never.

To the reapers who knew me well, I'm not that cold and menacing. But to the enemies I have, I am to them.

"Well, that's the mistress for yah," sagot niya bago tinignan ang makapal na papel na hawak niya kanina.

"Now that the domain is fixed. We will begin to operate once again," pag-iiba ko sa usapan. "I have been told that a war is brewing and yet to come. By that, I want all your warriors to be ready," sabi ko sa kanya.

"Now that's what I call fair game. Hindi iyong saka lang aatake kapag alam nilang tulog ka na, Mistress," aniya pa. "This time, we will be hitting hard with you with us," aniya pa.

"The order is order. I failed to protect what was mine back then. At hindi ko na papayagang mangyari ito muli. I'll be jumping from Axis to this domain, Zephyr. Expect my face every now and then" sagot ko sa kanya before teleporting back to Axis Mundi.

"Welcome back, mistress," bati sa akin ni Grim na bahagya pang yumukod.

"Is everything ready?" tanong ko sa kanya.

"Yes, mistress. Everyone is waiting for your go signal. The fake death has been taken care of. There is no thorn in our way to officially start our operation, mistress as per order you left to me," sagot niya.

"Are all the lines ready?"

"Yes."

"Tell them to begin. And also where is my doppelganger?" tanong ko sa kanya. I'm talking about the Nine that is currently accompanying Green, the current queen of the damn, queen of bloodsucker.

"She's currently on a vacation with the target you told her to look for," sagot niya.

"Call her. I need to talk to her ASAP," sagot ko sa kanya.

"As you wished, mistress," aniya na biglang naglaho sa aking harapan.

Tinanggal ng isa sa mga taga-silbi ang aking cloak at maayos na inilagay sa isang kabinet.

"The lady has been served at your chamber, mistress. Is there anything you want?" tanong nito sa akin.

"Nothing for today. I want to take a bath first and when Nine arrives, tell her to wait for me."

Yumukos siya ng bahagya at umalis pagkatapos.

Pumasok ako sa loob ng aking bagong chamber at nadatnan ko roon si Henna na nasa sulok at nakasuot ng puting bestida nakaharap siya sa isang malaking aquarium ng aking silid. It looks like a giant aquarium but it's a part of a sea where my sea horse, Oceanus resides. He only answers to me but right now, he's looking hungry at Henna.

Oceanus is a gray horse that has been with me since. I only ride him when I'm in my celestial form, that is when I am in a war.

"Oh finally, you arrived," sabi niya sa akin.

"I thought that you're already dead when I go back here," natatawa kong sabi sa kanya.

"Oh I would be if only I hadn't seen that tasty lady over there," aniya sabay tingin kay Henna.

"Tasty," sabi ko. "Then devour her to bones," sabi ko pa bago tinanggal ang barrier na nasa pagitan namin at hinayaan itong tumakbo ng mabilis at nilapa si Henna. Sa bilis nitong tumakbo ay hindi na nagkaroon ng pagkakataong makasigaw ang babae.

And the only sound I heard was the cracking of her bones after Oceanus consumed her flesh.
