EPILOGUE

It wasn't and easy fight. Before marrying Reeve Montes, I was been eyed by his parents. They don't like me for him but then Reeve got my back.

He didn't left me. We prove together that we deserve each other and no matter what happened, we won't be separated.

   I have a dark past. I was an unwanted child by parents. Niloko pa ako ng lalakeng akala ko ay siya na ng huli ko.

  I'm broken. My trust was been shattered even my heart. I've become a cold person.

   I build walls to protect myself but he manage to get through me and get my heart.

Now do you believe in destiny?

That question entered my mind as I saw my man and my child together. Reeve is holding him on his arms as he kiss his cute nose.

" My Rex Dustin Montes."

"How are you, my Destiny?" He asks and I chuckled.

"You've been playing with Dustin again for how many hours, babe." Nakangiwing tugon ko. Hindi man lang niya mabitawan ang anak namin.

Tuwing Day-off niya ay nandito lamang siya sa bahay at nakikipaglaro kay Dustin.

"Nah, hindi ako magsasawang titigan ang anak kong ito. Napaka-gwapo manang-mana sa akin." Nakangising aniya habang titig na titig sa bahat.

Baliw talaga.

  "Nagsasawa na nga si Baby Dustin sa mukha mo."

  Ngumiwi ito sa akin. "Talaga ba? Iyong nanay nga hindi nagsasawa sa mukha ko, si Dustin baby pa kaya?"

"Reeve!"

  Inis ko siyang tiningnan ngunit tunawa lang siya sa akin.

  Nagpatuloy na lamang ako sa pagluluto ng hapunan namin.

  Naramdaman ko ang pagyapos ni Reeve sa bewang ko.

  "Happy-Happy birthday to you, my babe."

B-Birthday?

  "Birthday ko ba?"

  Kumunot ang noo ni Reeve. Pinatay niya ang niluluto ko at kinorner ako nito sa mga braso niya.

  "I knew it! You've forgot it. You're too busy taking care of us and cleaning the house. You are completely busy on doing your responsibilty as my wife and Dustin's Mom. You forgot yourself, Destiny. Now, I want you to rest and enjoy your day. Date me."

   Napaawang ang labi ko sa sinabi niya. Bigla ay ninakawan ako ni Reeve ng mabilis na halik at ngumiti.

  "Today is your day. Pamper yourself. Let's go out and have a date."

  As I walk in my closet with a smile on my face I muttered, "Thank you destiny for making me happy. After all the heartaches, thank you for giving me a happy ending with Reeve."
