Jessa
It's been a month and he never forced me again to do such things just like what he did the first night I came here in his room. He never requested to finger myself and he never forced me to have s*x with him. I'm so thankful for it. But the worst thing was he never let me get out of this room. Even once. I feel like a princess stuck in a big prince's room.
"I want my things back." I requested. Isang buwan na akong walang balita sa pamilya ko at ganoon din sila sa akin. Alam kong nag-aalala na sila dahil isang buwan na akong hindi tumatawag. Araw-araw kong hinihiling kay Black ang mga gamit ko pero mukhang wala talaga siyang balak ibalik sa akin dahil hindi siya pumapayag.
"No."
"Kahit phone lang. I need to update my family. I have to know about their situation. Paano kung may emergency na pala? What if nag-aalala na sila sa akin dahil isang buwan na akong hindi tumatawag. Black, I need my phone, please, give it back to me."
Siya ang nagsabing itigil ko na ang pagtawag sa kaniya ng Master Black o 'di kaya ay Mr. Black. Black na lang daw kaya naman iyon na ang tinatawag ko sa kaniya. Hanggang ngayon nga ay hindi ko pa rin alam ang tunay niyang pangalan.
"Jessa, you know it's still a no. You won't use any gadgets."
"But I have a family. I'm sure they are extremely worried about me now. How could you be this heartless?"
"How could you be this rude, Jessa? I'm your king and slave don't talk to their king like that. Do you want to be punished?"
"You don't know what I am feeling. You can't understand it."
"I'm trying to understand."
"Then give me something to communicate with my family. Kahit hindi na phone basta makausap ko lang sila. Bakit hindi mo ako pagbigyan sa hiling kong iyon? Ano bang kinakatakot mo?"
"I'm just protecting your family. I already gave you a chance to talk to them."
Naalala kong hinayaan niya ngang gamitin ko ang phone ko sa unang gabi ko rito. Pero pagkatapos non ay kinuha niya rin agad at hindi na binalik sa akin. Akala ko ordinaryong bawal lang akong gumamit ng kahit anong gadgets pero literal niyang kinuha sa akin ang lahat at hindi na pinagamit simula noong mapadpad ako dito. How bored is that? I am here for one month without anything. Now, I am asking him to give me a phone to contact my family but he refused.

"Paano ako hindi mag-aalala sa kanila? Isang buwan na akong walang balita sa kanila. Kahit man lang pakitaan mo ako ng pruwebang nasa maayos silang kalagayan."
"I'm sending money every week and I even paid your family's debt. I always update them through text. They know you're safe with your... boyfriend."
Isa pa yan. Pinanindigan niya ang pagiging kasintahan ko sa pamilya ko. Hindi ko alam kung ano ang tumatakbo sa isip ni Black, kung bakit niya ginagawa ang lahat ng ito. Sana man lang ipaliwanag niya para maunawaan ko ang lahat ng ginagawa niya sa akin. "Do you really have to pretend as my boyfriend to my family?"
"If you don't want them to worry then I have to. What's the problem?"
"I'm confused. Why are you doing this to me?"
It took seconds before he answered my question. He thinks twice about it, his looks telling me he doesn't want to answer me but still, he decided to speak. "Do you really want to know?" his voice deepens as if there's a lot of secrets that I must have known.
"Yes. If it's about my life then I have the right to know."
"Shinigami wants to end your life. They are planning to kill you so I come up with this plan of keeping you here in my room to keep you safe. I'm gambling my life for you." he says as a matter of fact. He didn't have an expression now. He looks at me with his blank face.
"Bakit nila akong gustong patayin?"
"For betraying Leventon. They found out you betrayed him and now they are looking for you to kill."
"How did you know about that?"
"I know everything. And I'll do anything to keep you safe."
"Shinigami's want your empire, right? Kapag nalaman nilang ikaw ang kumupkop sa akin, posibleng maging giyera ito sa pagitan ng Black Organization at ng Shinigami's Association. Malalagay kayo sa panganib. Why are you still keeping me, Black? You will be in danger."
"I don't care."
"Is it true that you like me?" I asked him directly.
"Yes. That's why I'm willing to be in danger to protect you, Jessa," he answers me without rambling.
"Malaki ang mawawala sa iyo. Mali ito. Tanggap ko ang pagkakamali kong nagtraydor ako kay Leventon kaya ang maganda mong gawin ay isuko ako sa Shinigami."
"Then how about your family? You are working because of them. Do you want to die without a trace? Do you want them to lose you? I thought you will do everything for your family?"
"Yes."
"Then why the hell do you want me to surrender you in Shinigami?" his voice raised because of angry. His eyes are on fire. He's trying to hold his frustration because of my abidance.
The realization hits me. He's right. My family needs me. Hindi dapat ako mahuli ng Shinigami. "But how about your empire?"
"I can protect you both if you'll just let me."
"How? Makapangyarihan ang Shinigami. They are known in the drug industry. We can't beat them. You will just die because of protecting me and my family."
He silently laughs. "I guess you haven't heard about me and my empire, honey," he looks disappointed and amazed. "You know I can play with them and destroy them silently."
"I only heard limited news about you. It's not as powerful as you may think but fair enough to be scared to get to know you."
"Don't bite your lips. I'm trying to control my hardness, Jessa."
"I'm sorry, I'm just bothered. What if you lose?"
His waves of laughter filled this room. "Want me to prove it? Mind you. I am not losing any battles. Keep an eye on it,"
"Dahil sa sinabi mo, mas lalo akong nag-alala. Hindi ko akalaing malalaman ng Shinigami ang pagtatraydor ko kay Leventon. Akala ko malinis kong nagawa ang trabaho ko. Pero dahil hindi ako nag-iingat, nasa panganib na pala ang buhay ko. Siguro nga kung hindi mo ako kinulong dito, baka wala na akong buhay."
"That's not gonna happen. You always got me even before. You're always safe."
"What do you mean?"
"I got my eyes on you, secretly."
"What? Why? Are you my stalker?" I joked but he answered it seriously.
"Yes. I'm so attached to you, Jessa. I'll do everything to have you."
"Paano ang Shinigami? Mapapahamak ka lang. At sa totoo lang wala akong nararamdamang kahit ano sa 'yo, Black. It's pure business."
"I know. Still, I don't have a plan to let you go even if it means of my defeat," he confessed. I didn't know. This surprised me. He will still keep me even If I don't have any feelings towards him. "Only you can do is to fall in love with me, Jessa. Iyon lang ang gagawin mo habang nasa akin ka."
"I.. I don't know what to say."
"You are under my empire now, Jessa. You will be mine soon."
"So you're keeping me here because you want to own me? You want me to fall in love with you?"
"Yes. Because your only way to get out of this room is to be the first lady of my empire."
