Chapter 12
Someone’s POV
“You’ve sent the letter?” I asked one of our underlings
“Yes, young lady.” He said
“Kiero.” My brother coldly said and the underling ran away.
“Empress.” Flame, Flare and Aurora said
“Akumas.” I acknowledged them
“I guess they’ll leave that girl alone. They should or else – you cannot touch them either Flare.” I warned Flare before she could even finish
“Yes, Empress.” She said
“So how’s your spying, Aurora?” I asked
“They are clueless, Empress. They thought I am an ally and they led me to their hideout.” She said
“Be careful, Aurora. You’re doing a life and death mission.” My brother said
“Don’t worry about me.” She said
“I’m off.” He said and left
“You wrapped him around your pinky.” I told Aurora
“No I didn’t.” She said and I saw pain in her eyes
“If only he’d look at me the way he look at her.” Aurora said then bowed and left.
The two other girls too left.
My brother maybe strong enough to feel their presence, he’s still callous of what Aurora felt for him.
I shook my head and told my men to prepare my car.
I left and went to my helicopter.
Someone’s POV
I rode our private plane and ordered the pilot to bring me to Shibuya.
I knew she’s the only one who I can tell this to.
I removed my mask and prepared to go to that place.
I drove to her place.
I sent a message to my sisters to do my duties for now.
I rang her doorbell and she opened it.
“Frey...” I said and sobbed
She pulled me in and closed the gates.
She brought me to her living room
“No need to tell me.You always cry because of him.” Frey said
“He’s so unfair. I didn’t do anything wrong. I just love him, but every single day he keeps on reminding me that he will never love me for me.” I told her like a kid bullied
“Yappa, you’d run here. They called me.” She said
(As expected, you’d run here)
“Now tell me what he said to you this time.” She said and I wiped my tears
“H-he didn’t tell me. I - I h-heard him. He’s talking to someone, he said h-he’ll never marry m-me e-even if w-we’re a-arranged because I am not the woman he l-love and the g-girl h-he p-promised to marry. I – I – I’m not Anzhela Mia.” I confided
“Shh. He didn’t mean that.” She said
“Frey, he said it not only once but thrice already and each time I was dying.” I said
“Nee-chan, sakihodo mo iimashita, he loves you.” She said while caressing my hair
(Big Sis, I told you, he loves you.)
“It’s so unfair.” I said
“Hush now, you wouldn’t want any of the kids to see that, don’t you?” she told me
I nodded and hugged her tighter
“*chuckles despite all those training and the changes you’ve gone through, you’re still too naive and innocent.” She said and smiled
“Eul – Don’t call me that, Frey.” I told her when she was about to call me someone else’s name
“But you are her.” She said and caressed my hair
“Tasukete.” I said

I realized something.
“Nani?” she asked

“Tasukete. I will find someone who he will love. Someone who isn’t like me.” I told her
(Help me.)
“Sore ni tsuite tashikadesu ka? You’ll get hurt.” She said
(Are you sure about that?)
“Hai. If this will make him happy.” I said

Aira’s POV
“Argh. That girl!” Jade exclaimed
Nag o overreact na naman siya.
“What happened?” Lana asked her
“Rainiellaine went to Japatrein. She needed to accompany Mia.” I said
Sobra naman yung reaction ni Jade. Para namang mapapahamak yung dalawa doon.
“And why did Mia go to Japatrein?” Lana asked again
“May pinagtataguan.” I said
“So she’s having another LQ with Fuego.” Jade concluded
“Yup.” Icelle said
Well technically parang kapatid narin namin si Mia, just like how we treat each other.
Nagkaroon kami ng kanya-kanyang mundo. Bukas may talent show tapos ngayon naman nawala sina Mia at Rainiellaine.
*RING *RING
Agad kong sinagot yun at ini loud speaker
“Ate, pwede niyo po kaming sunduin?” Mia asked
“Why did you even go to Japatrein? Tinawagan ko sina Ria at Elle, they said umalis ka pagkatapos bumisita ni Fuego.” Sermon ni Jade
Bossy as ever.
“What did the two of you fought about this time?” Icelle asked
“Sunduin niyo nalang po kami please.” She pleaded and I heared her voice crack
We did pumunta kami sa airport and there we saw Mia.
“Mia!” we shouted and she turned to face us
Katabi niya si Rainiellaine na inaalo siya.
“What happened?” Lana asked her
“We saw Fuego kissing someone else, hindi siya pumunta sa Japatrein to follow Nee-chan, he had an affair.” Rainiellaine said and Mia wiped her face
“Ate, pwede sa inyo nalang ako matulog?” she asked us
“Sure. I’ll make sure my brother doesn’t find you.” Sabi ni Icelle at yumakap sa kanya si Mia
Mia is the youngest amongst us and we protect her not because she’s the youngest but because she’s the most innocent.
Iniuwi namin sa bahay si Mia and she returned to her happy face.
“At ikaw naman, sinamasamahan mo pa sa Japatrein yung isa.” Jade told Rainiellaine
“Jade, all I did was to make her feel better. May jet lag pa ako.” she said and went to her room
“Ikaw naman Jade, sinermonan mo pa.” It was my turn to scold Jade
“Aira, I was damned worried.” She reasoned out
“But Jade, all of us were damn worried. Still, you shouldn’t have scolded Rainiellaine; all she did was help Mia. We all can’t relate to Mia, only Rainiellaine can.” Lana added
“Oh well, I’ll apologize to her then.” Jade said and went to Rainiellaine’s room
Mia went to us and sat on the sofa
“What really happened? Mia, sa tagal niyong dalawa ngayon lang umabot sa puntong nagtago ka. Yes, you did it back then but it was a different case.” Lana said
“Ang hirap ipaliwanag, ate. It just happened.” She said
“Mia, remember you aren’t the only one affected. All of the kids are affected. Even Robin and Jasmine would be affected if they find out that the two of you are quarreling.” I said
“Alam ko yon, ate. I just..” sabi niya
“You just?” Lana asked
“I want to go back. My life was peaceful until I met him.” She said
“Mia, wag kang padalos dalos. Remember, Fuego isn’t that easy to contradict. You know that.” I reminded her
“I can. I will.” She said determined
“Go and rest, Mia.” Icelle said
“I will.” She said and went to one of the guest rooms
“Nahihirapan na siya. Just like us.” We were surprised when we saw Rainiellaine standing in front of her door with Jade
“You must convince her. Kayo dalawa lang ang nakaka convince sa isa’t isa, Rainiellaine.” Lana told her
“I would if I didn’t see her that devastated. Kailangan niyang magpahinga, she isn’t used to this kind of life. The first time we met her she was naive and innocent, simple lang ang buhay na nakasanayan niya but when Fuego came into her life again everything messed up. She started to experience devastation. Something she mustn’t. I don’t want that for her. All of you know that.” Sabi sa amin ni Rainiellaine
Only Rainiellaine can read Mia like an open book, Mia is not secretive but only Rainiellaine can understand her.

We woke up early, Mia cooked our breakfast. She didn’t open up the topic about going.
We went to school and luckily everything went smooth.
“Ang tahimik mo naman ngayon, Anzhel.” Sky told Mia
“Wala toh, Kuya.” She said and smiled
She can smile despite of the pain. A great characteristic of hers.
“ANZHEL!” the boys called Mia in chorus
“Bakit?” she asked innocent which made them face palmed
They thought they could surprise or shock Mia through that.
“Lutang ka.” Thunder said
“Ayos lang ako.” Mia said then continued to eat her food
“Himala wala si Fuego este si Keith.” Cloud said and we looked at him
He called Keith ‘Fuego’, right?
“Alam niyo?” Mia asked them curiously
“Oo. Nung bumisita siya nung isang beses.” Neith said
“Ah nung bumisita kayo nung isang araw.” Mia said while nodding
“Kumusta pala audition niyo?” I asked the two of them
“Pasa. First to perform kami.” Rainiellaine answered
“As expected.” We (Icelle, Aira, Lana, Jade) said in chorus
Well these two are a great combination
“Good Luck mamaya.” Sky said
“Salamat.” Mia said
“Attention Students. To all participants please proceed to the Gymnasiun.”

After the announcement, Mia and Rainiellaine left.
We followed to the Gym. We sat in front, near the stage so we’ll be able to watch them clearly.
*RING *RING
I answered it and put it in loudspeaker since people are noisy here in the Gym.
“Hello?” I answered
“Is it already starting?” Ria asked from the other line
“Chill, Ria. It isn’t.” Rainiellaine answered
“Save two chairs for us, girls.” I heard Ria said
“Sure thing, Ria.” Jade said
“By the way, don’t tell Mia were coming.” This time it’s Elle’s voice we heard
“Okay.” We agreed
Later on we saw the twins.
Everyone was glancing their way.
‘Ang ganda nila.’
‘Sayang chix sana.’
‘Ang bata pa nung mga anak nila.’
‘Lamang lang ng ilang paligo.’
“Ria! Elle!” We called them
They went here and hugged us.
They kissed our cheeks and so did Jaerim and Rimiel.
