Episode 4

Gab's POV

"Ahh" I woke up with an excruciating headache "what the fuss "I was lying dead tired on my bed and cant hardly open my eyes I turn my self to reach my phone on the side table "what time is it? "I looked at the phone ang my eyes widened to see that it is already 2pm I turn and looked at ceiling for so long reminding myself of what a beautiful dream I have last night I put my arm on my forehead and smiled if there is really a way of staying on that dream I would love to do that.

I was in the middle of this peace when suddenly hear a loud bang on the door ,

I can definitely say who it was I know why he is here.

"Pare ano kelan mo balak gumising ? your dad is freaking furious right now" it was Paco my best buddy

every time I would sneak around my dad would always ask him my where about. I know its a pain to him but he never let me down.

We grew up together since Paco was actually adopted by our family when my dad saw him on a street fight. He was 9 and bullied by some gangster, but my when my dad's car pass by and saw how courageous Paco is when he stood up against those thugs. My father rescued him and brought him home at first I was actually jealous on how he give attention to Paco but he eventually gain my sympathy, he was actually there to protect me and he cover up my mess from my dad he even help with my studies, although we are on same age he is more of a big brother to me maybe that's the reason why I became this stubborn. I know that he will always be there for me. We shared a lot of together even are deepest darkest secret. Pati ang malakas na ngawa nung sabay kaming tinuli.

I smirked and raise my head just to see his malicious gaze. I grabbed a pillow and throw to him "get lost man I need more sleep" I said to him as I lay back to bed.

"Anong arte yan?"saway niya sa akin "by the look on this mess I think you had a great time "

He walked towards the bed kicking the cans of beer and all other mess on his foot and jumped on my back and give me a choke "Hoy Gabriel Franco bumangon ka jan at ako ang mayayare kay tito" Its just mild approached but damn Franco is good at mixed martial arts so really need to tap out.

"Dude calm down parang hindi ka naman sanay sa tatay ko , he just being dramatic "I replied to him.

"one month na ako ng nagdadahilan kay tito, i ran out of reasons para makatakas ka pagpahingahin mo naman utak ko"

I pushed away from because its really hurting me he is the only person the world who can lay fingers on me without me having any grudge."ok..!ok..!ano naman bang problema ni daddy its weekend cant you see"

"You know it my friend golf day"he was saying that with a tricky smile

"Oh common give me a break!" I really sound frustrated by that time.

Whenever my dad says a gold days its a whole day of boring discussion about business,ewan ko ba sa matandang yun mayaman naman na sya hindi parin mapakali ang utak sa kung ano ano investment kung sino sinong business partner pa ang pinapakilala sa akin ,he says that his just training me for its my turn to run the company ill be ready for it.

I feel like my youth is freedom is taken away from I know hard it is to run a company and I'm just 21 and just want to enjoy my youth.

I've already allow him to choose a future for he even got me to engineering since its out line of business and I really don't have any idea on what would I really want.

"Please man just this time masama talaga pakiramdam ko"Im really begging him coz i just wanna go back to my wonderful dream.

"Ok one last time, but you have to tell"inilapit niya ang kanyang mukha wearing a playful smile"who's the lucky girl?"and then he pulled out the blanket .

He picked something on the floor ang throw it to my face "Suot mo nga boxers mo bka malamigan yang itlog mo "

I got up massaging my nape and sigh "what are you saying i have my bo.." I'm about to touch MINE and I notice something what the...Why am I naked? was is not a dream? but I can clearly remember that I was drinking with a man.

I slapped myself and covered my face with both my hands trying to analyze everything did I do something stupid? Am I being careless?

Anu ba ang nangyari kagabi ?ang alam ko nakatulog na ako at iniwan kong umiinom ung lalaki sa harapan ko.I slowly hug myself and I felt like cold water splashed onto me.I pinch my biceps matigas pa naman sila just to verify if they are still stiff brushed my hands down to my little giant down there and felt its hardness.Tinapik tapik ko iyon Im sory buddy I think you were on a diffirent battle last night I whispered to myself.

we really are comftable to each other but I dont think this embarassment will give me the courage to tell him. And he also know that it is my first time.

I maybe a happy go lucky person but haven't done it to anyone yet call me old fashion but I would still prefer to do it with the woman I love until I last night and s**t I think its with a man. What should I do I'm really confused. Is there something that I need to verify with my gender but know I was never attracted to a man. Then I looked at Paco and he was staring at me like he was trying to understand my expresion.

I stared at the mirror and slowly raising the boxer on my hand praying that it was mine. I examine every inch of the garter to verify but my world fell apart as I saw the hand stitch on it JUSTIN. My knees fell on the cold bathroom tiles. I felt so stupid for dreaming of her and to the person who owns this I will never forgive you for taking advantage of me.

I went to the shower and looked up as I let the water flow ang feel the warmth it gives my mind is all over the place but there is only one face that calms me right now her pinkish sexy lips, her lips smooth and gentle skin.

I really wish it was her..

We went down to the cafeteria with the strongest coffee I can get just to get over this headache I also bought a liter of water because I feel like I'm so drained.

We were sitting on the table and I was lookin away from Paco I know he will not stop teasing me but Im not ready yet to tell him what happen.

"Hoy pare nagaadik ka ba?kanina ka pa tulala jan ah"as broke the silence.

"tigilan mo ako Paco masakit talaga ang ulo ko wala rin ako maaala kagabi kaya wala ako makukwento sayo."

"Ang damot mo naman,I dont want you to give me the detail, I just wanted to know who she is," those words really shook me and I was actually hoping it was a she but I cant burst it out I don't know if he will understand me I know he a really good friend to me but Im not ready with his reaction.

"Bahala ka tatawagan ko na lang si Tito para masundo ka na dito"as he dialed the number on his phone

Wala akong magawa Ireally dont have any excuse right so I just let him call him beside hapon naman na uuwi na lang ako para magpahinga.

The next day with a heavy heart I went with my father all other bunch of men talking nothing but business.

I really don't know why they enjoy golf its sport where you tire yourself up.

When finally they decided to take a break Im not saying anything I pull out my phone and texted Paco : lets grab a drink later :sent

"Oh hija come hear my darling "it was ninong Joey my dads bestfriend their like the older version of me and Paco it is always our ice braker to talk about how our friendship is very much alike with these old men except that ninong Joey is not adopted he was the successor of her his fathers financial institution if my father is the tycoon for real estate malls, hotels and condominiums ninong is dominates the world of bank and finance.

I look back to see who this hija is but I was stunned when I saw beautiful young lady walking towards us she was wearing a plain gray long-sleeved shirt that fits to her slim body tucked in her cute white short skirt paired with white sneakers.

"Sophia finally come here and join us" it was my father Sophia is the only daughter of ninong joey  we were really close when we were kids but it was high school graduation when I last saw her and she flew to america to study there since then I lost contact to her but  I must admit she grew up really pretty.

    "I'm sorry I got flat tire  on my way here" Sophia with her sweet voice

    "Naku hija sana tumawag ka at para napasundo kita kay Gabriel"my dad told Sophia

    "So Gab ikaw nga yan hindi kita nakilala ang laki ng ginawapo naten ah"she smiled at me so I have to akwarly smile to her as well.

    "Gabriel wala ka bang sasabihin ke Sophia nakakahiya sa ninong mo"pagalit na sabi ni daddy

    "Ah long time no see Sophie its been what 5 years?"and I invited her to sit down

We had our lunch together I didn't expect Sophia to be very active as far as I remember she was a shy girl back then. 

"Uhm, well I think its about time for the important matter Ferdinand" as ninong joey became serious while looking at my dad.

"Well then Joey since both of them will graduate soon lets give them at least a year then lets set the date  we don't want to pressure them now"

I got confused on what they are talking about so looked  at Sophia and she is looking at me with a big smile

"Whats the date  for dad?"

"Pano mo malalaman Gabriel eh lagi mo akong tinatakasan so ayun kami nalang nagplano well dont worry  Sophia is ok with this"hindi  ko talaga maintinfihan.

"they are talking about our wedding date Gab"Sophia said

A surprise after another I just wanted for the ground  to open up and eat me alive.

"Dad ano ba to bakit ka nagdedesyon ng hindi man lang ako tinatanong"pagalit akong tumayo at naglakad palayo I felt like my father has betryed me.I can hear them calling my name but I never turned my back Instead I pull out my phone called Paco.

    "Hello Pre I'll meet you at bar SEVEN"then i hung up the call

I never knew that after that night everything in my life would really messed up.

Sana talaga hindi na ako nagising sa magandang panginip na iyon.

 Days passed I never talked to my parents since then. Even on my graduation day I planned to do what I have to do because I know after this , I might not have anymore chance . But until the last students name was called I never got the courage to get to talk to her Im so damn coward.

    The ceremony ended Im still not in good terms with my parents do I asked Paco to go with my them first and I'll just follow.

    Finally the moment I've been waiting for, there she is, I feel hundreds of drum playing on my chest I cant even hear my anything but my heart beat and as I walk towards her every one around us are fading its like a  scene in a fairy tale where the prince and the princess are about to approach each other for their first dance , I'm wearing the biggest smile on my face as I get near her.

    But all the butterflies on my stomach slowly flew away as I her faint and fell on the ground my whole body froze and I cant even move my fingers as I saw her being carried by her father towards the gate.

    What the f*ck just happen and that was the last time I saw her in many years.

    7 years later...

    I never thought that  I would bump to her again right in front of our hotel where all my misfortune started.

            "Hello Gab are you still there?"iritableng sabi niya
