Hindi ko maiwasang hindi sumulyap kay Selene na nakaupo sa couch at nakatutok sa screen ng tablet niya. It’s been two days since we come into an agreement that I wouldn’t fire her as long as she finishes she duties and works on time. I don’t understand why I feel like there’s a part of me saying that I am responsible for her even if I am not but her lying about the situation and her condition can be a valid reason for me to fire her but I feel like doing that is such a petty thing to do especially now that I need someone like her in my office. She’s so organized and well mannered not unlike my previous secretaries. And she needs this job for her baby and I am not that hurtless to fire her.
