ABOUT ME

Make it a habit to write with your whole heart in it. Don't let every word left unexpressed. Let your imaginations soar like your dreams. I write because I love writing. I write to express myself and whatever exciting stories that I may stumble upon, both the fusion of imagination and reality.

I was trapped, and I didn't notice that until that moment — "What are my choices?" I finally dared to ask him. He smirked and leaned closer to my face, which made me lose my confidence a bit. Then he said, "Work for me, and I will make your life easier.". I raised my brows, "What if I don't?" He squeezed my jaw and gazed shamelessly to my lips before saying, "I will make you regret your decision of saying —No— to a boss.". I didn't have a choice, right?

I looked at my reflection and I saw myself holding a knife as I grinned, but I know I am showing a worried face. I slowly shifted my gaze on my hand but I'm not holding any. "Who are you?" "You are me..." My own reflection replied with a shrill laughter echoing the whole room. "This can't be real! You're just an illusion!" I shouted as I threw a vase on the mirror in front of me. "I will kill you! By then my dream will finally come true..." Her terrifying voice haunted me until I could feel the blood dripping through my chest. I fell on the ground as I felt the knife on my chest that she used to stab me. "How can killing someone be a dream come true?" The worst thing is I am my own killer...

Love is blind He tried avoiding his gaze, but he only finds himself melting just by his presence. "Hey, are you alright?" He held his hand that's placed on the table. He looked at his hand that possessively touches his. He tried twitching it but instead, he held it tighter. "Can't you see? They're looking at us." He said as he looked down, a bit shy. "What's the matter with that?" He asked him, not minding other people but only the man he adored in front of him. "I'm afraid of what they're going to say." "Does it really matter to you?" "I just didn't like them looking at us as if all we do is wrong." As soon as he heard his man saying this, he stood up. The sound from the chair caught the attention of many people inside the restaurant. "Hey! Everyone!” As soon as he said that, a lot of people’s gaze were on them. I love this guy! Any problem with that?" The faces of the people around were more than shocked, especially when he kissed the man he adored in front of them.

"Let me hug you…” She softly said as tears fell from his eyes that seemed to signify something. We’re out in the pouring rain and the coldness of the breeze reached my soul. I can feel the tightness of her touch that instantly gave me a feeling of heaviness. “We always do this right?” I smiled but it seemed to not help ease what I feel right now. “Yes, but I want to do it like this, right this time.” Her voice almost a whisper as it slowly making my knees tremble. From the endless hugs that we’re sharing, why is this one different? I am feeling sad instead of being excited. Is she doing what I am afraid of thinking right from the very start? (This is a tagalog story with a combination of English. Enjoy reading! :)

"Dear, stop watching TV, please!" That's the last thing before I closed my eyes. I felt somebody pulled me, and the next thing I knew, I was underwater! With the sea creatures talking to me, I panicked. I remembered swimming as fast as I could, seeing my tail. Heck, did I just become a mermaid or something? With one blink of an eye, I am seeing myself raising my hands. "I volunteer!" I widened my eyes when those words came from my mouth. I could hear cheers, and when I covered my mouth and shut my eyes, I also felt somebody holding my hand. I felt like flying on a carpet. "Let me show you to a whole new world!" "No!" I struggled and felt my feet slipped off. With the gravity that's pulling me down, I know this is not a dream anymore!
