Set in the backdrop of one of the most prestigious high schools of The United States of America, this story follows the journey of Thea Hart, a joy-loving, middle name hating Kit-Kat sniffing, Nutella waffle addict. Life is seemingly tough with an absent father, a runaway mother and not nearly enough people she can call friends, but as long as she had her twin Amelia, she thought she didn’t need much. Well, she thought, until once upon a time she met a one of a kind, perennial jerk Nathaniel Knight who later on became her best friend throughout middle school, until sophomore year when he remained true to her fate and left her too. What she wasn’t prepared was, though, to have him catch her off guard and sweep her right off her feet to free fall into the pit of unrequited love. Accepting the fate of her friendship (or more as she hoped) was hard, but Thea had moved on, or at least tried to. At least that's what she kept telling herself when his grey eyes wrecked havoc once again, after years. She has her walls now, but he has his newly birthed secrets too; neither of them finding the will to give up all of it at once. Because his secrets will not just break walls; it might be a weapon of mass destruction. Their destruction. This story follows their roller-coaster of a relationship - his jerky acts, her drunken antics and some hidden moments, deep stares and most of all, an unhealthy affair with free food.
