“I already have a mate Michael,” Eden whispered as Michael backed her up against the wall.
His hands were on either side of her head, caging her in.
“Then why do you look at me the way that you do? Why are you here now?” He growled. His gritted teeth evidence of his restraint.
Eden swallowed and stuttered, “Your wolf is in need. I couldn’t bear to see you like this. You need to mate.”
Michael shook his head, trying to ignore the scent of her arousal. “He won’t be happy with this. Go away.”
Eden was stubborn, steel glinting in her smoky grey eyes. “No. Take me. We need you to tame this beast inside of you Michael. Let me help.”
He managed to rip himself away from her, and took a few steps back. He was at the cusp of losing control. His obsidian eyes pooled with liquid heat.
Eden took a deep breath. Michael watched her hands go to the thin straps of her sheer silky night dress. She slid them down her shoulders and arms.
His nostrils flared as the fabric pooled at her ankles, revealing her supple naked body, her back arched lightly and chest thrust forward as an offering.
His control snapped, and the beast took over. He strode forward and crushed his lips against hers. She wasn’t his, yet he was going to have her. Consequences be damned.
