ABOUTquote
i used to tell myself stories to fall asleep as a kid, and that has never changed! Now I'm putting that to paper (well, word processor? lol), with stories that write themselves, pretty much! I love to read, (to the point my mom used to complain I wasn't watching enough TV) and if it me noans sharing a story that people can enjoy, and characters people can fall in love with, I'm all for it. I hope you'll enjoy reading them just as much as I enjoy writing them. Feel free to find me on Discord- Christen K's Reader Group!!

True Intention

Naomi had been labeled as something she wasn't practically from the moment she moved from the biggest city in the US to a smallish suburban town in Washington State. She hoped that going to college would finally mean nobody cared what judgmental high schoolers said, but it only takes one rumor and a vigorous social media account to turn public opinion. Is there anyone brave enough to weather the false claims and have her back?

Ever Cynical

She thought she was the only one of her kind. He proved her wrong. They were meant to be, and yet the intricacies of the supernatural world seemed determined to make their people pay for a fate they did not choose. Too many years- centuries- as a woman repressed have made her fiercely independent, and incredibly lonely. He has spent too much time putting others first. Neither is comfortable dealing with the opposite sex, but for their on happiness as well as their kind, they must make it work or face extinction, even when they discover their mate bond isn't theirs alone. Not only that, there's a prophecy involved, and we all know how those things go. Fate is never simple and uncomplicated, just like them. This is a story of love and growth, and learning that faith isn't something you can prove. WARNING: Mature content with polyamory themes (including MxM), violence, and potentially triggering content. But is it a Miracle?

*This book contains mature themes and potentially triggering events, read with care* She married the man she thought was the one right out of college, only to find she wished she'd never met him fifteen years later. Trying to start her life over, it's a struggle on all levels, but she figures somehow, somewhere, there has to be something better out there. Another man has hidden himself from his people, even fleeing to another continent to be free after exile for standing up for his beliefs. After so many years with just him and his brother, he's shocked to find someone he is drawn to inside his own bar, drowning in sorrow. Against his better judgment, he indulges in what she thinks is just a one night stand. Against all odds (and logic), she ends up with a new reason to believe in love, life, and family.

Voice of an Angel

Jude was trying to make something out of his band with his best friend Elijah and their other buddy Ashton. Being rockers is tough, and he was feeling particularly uninspired. Their only real gig was with the bar he part-timed at while they finished college. Then one night, he heard her. He couldn't say he saw her, because the disguise was obvious. Now he's on a mission to find her, his inspiration. Violetta was nothing special, to her mind. Her brother was the one with talent, the one people liked. Feeling brave one night she throws together a disguise to see if she had the guts to belt out what she thought was a decent voice on an actual stage instead of the shower. She never expected to get the attention of her brother's best friend, nor for him to chase her down.
