"If Trees Could Talk" is a simply a book that brings to life the concerns of the trees that are mercilessly cut down by humans. Usually, the concerns are voiced by environmentalists but in this book, the trees are doing it themselves. It involves five lumberjacks that go to some mysterious island where they encounter a forest with talking trees. This encounter completely changes their fate on the island. They end up becoming stranded on the island where a couple of things happen to them. All that happens ends up in a campaign discouraging deforestation.
