Beneath the Wolf's VeilUpdated at Sep 8, 2025, 00:38
By day Raven Blackwood was everything people expected her to be-quiet, diligent, and soft-spoken. Professors praised her discipline, classmates admired her kindness, and neighbors called her the sweetest girl they knew. It was a mask she wore so well that no one ever thought to look closer.
But when the sun dipped behind the horizon and the city lights bled across the streets, the mask cracked. The cardigan and textbooks gave wat to leather and steel, to the roar of her motorcycle and the pounding rhythm of fists against flesh. In the ring, in the alleys, on the open road-Raven was free.
What no one knew, what she never dared to show, was the monster beneath her skin. She wasn't just a fighter. She wasn't just a biker. She was Alpha-Blood. Rogue. A wolf without a pack.
And though she told herself she could survive alone, her wolf knew better. Somewhere out there, her mate was waiting.
And then he came and everything she had built-the lies, the walls, the control- would shatter.
