"Snow, come here. Now." I stepped from behind them and slowly went to Lukas. He sniffed me and growled as he started to rub his scent all over me. Then he picked me up bridal style and walked away from everyone. I saw his mother in tears and his father had blood on his nose. I cringed and realized my mate was the devil and that was saying something because I am the daughter of the devil himself. He opened the door and sat me down on the bed. I looked around and saw the walls were black with red roses painted on them, my bed was huge and was soft with black and roses on it as well. I felt like I was in heaven. I got up excited and saw paintings and everything my little side loves. I smiled and I shot up and heard Lukas growl, but ignored it and ran to the balcony door and saw a bunch of roses planted like my own garden. I squealed and turned and ran into the bathroom and saw all my favorite smells. I ran out and jumped into Lukas's arms and kissed him without thinking. He seemed caught off guard but seemed to mask his surprise and deepened the kiss. The next thing I knew, he had me on the bed and was on top of me. I pulled from the kiss and he kept kissing me down the side of my chin to the place on my neck where he would make me. My heart rate started to pick up as panic started to go through when he spoke two words that had my blood going cold. "I'm sorry." The next thing I knew, he sunk his canines into my neck before I could react and I let out a piercing scream, as pain shot through my body and a tear slipped from my eyes as he marked me without asking. As soon as he was done, he pulled away and the next thing I knew the world faded to black and the pain my mate caused me by marking me without asking was the worst day I have ever been through.
