The choice of my lifeUpdated at Apr 30, 2020, 10:17
Savannah Montgomery is a 3rd year student of Medicine in London, United Kingdom. She is not the first on her class, but she is clever, and she studies hard. Her friends, Georgina Carpizzio and Sabrina Collins would describe her as the “nerdy one”. Savannah is the only child of a failed marriage; her mother Elizabeth Montgomery had run away with someone she met in her reading club and had taken all the money from the family. Savannah’s father, Jim Montgomery, works two jobs to pay off the mortgage and to pay the expensive tuition fees of her daughter, however, they can’t afford it and Savannah sees herself compelled to leave her degree. Her friends, who are not short on money, give her a piece of advice on how to make quick and “easy” money but Savannah has never contemplated the idea. Savannah is left to choose between her career or the “quick and easy money”.
10 years later, Savannah is standing on court, on front of the two men who she loves the most, being accused of murder. Whatever she made in the past, she thought it would stay in the past, but this followed her until she was a grown-up adult and risk the fine and successful woman and doctor that she is now.
