People like to say that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. That isn't always true, and even when it is, sometimes the cost of that strength just isn't worth it. At the end of the day, no matter how much pain and suffering we have to get through, we can never go back, never change our choices nor the choices of others that have been thrust upon us, never change the events that have put us in any given situation. We can never go back. We are only left with two choices; to continue forward, to fight though our pain and hardships every day until we can find the means to overcome it, or to stop fighting, to give in to our pain and just give up.
