Radiant Stellar High, is a very well known school for it's transfer students. 70% of it are from different countries. It is located in the U.S where Lydia's parents had to move for work. They don't know when they'll be back in Japan. But after seeing this school in her social media, she decides to apply for it since it's not far away from her house.
