I\'ve been working on a book since I was 13. never being happy with what I\'d accomplished. I\'ve got a lot of poetry written and finally at a place in my life I feel my reading can truly be expressed. I\'m a busy mom of 4 young children and a puppy. My characters in my books represent pieces of me. Things I\'ve gone through in my life. I was raised in foster care. Got into an abusive relationship with the first guy I kissed. began a life of drugs and drinking to avoid all my lost potential. Thankfully with age I became wiser. I got away and have a wonderful supportive husband. I want to reach people who are broken but healing from the trauma that they\'ve been put through. I want them to know they are not alone. And though healing has taken its sweet time and memories still haunt what should be dreams- I\'m healing. Its possible and I want everyone to experience it.
