I’m just an average girl trying to escape my terrible life. Most males are Vampires but the most important vampires are billionaires. And my chance to escape is to get picked on the one day a year that these vampires get together to pick a bride; who will either die before the year is over or live a full life. But death is usually the only option.

I don’t even know where to begin. A traumatic childhood that leads to a messed up life. I’m either running from or killing bad guys. I’m trying to find the person that did this to me. I also found a shack in the middle of no where that’s basically magical. I’m not doing all this alone either. I need someone to keep me in line.

I was the good girl. Never broke any rules. Kept my nose in my school work. But then I switched colleges because I got an extremely good scholarship I had to take it! But no one told me how tough this school could be or how easy it is to be completely distracted by an attractive professor. I did everything I could to keep it a purely professional student teacher relationship but then one masquerade event later and I just couldn’t stay away.
