ABOUTquote
Hi! Im Suzy. I should tell you about myself, but the truth is, I am just like you. Overworked and overwhelmed by all our responsibilities. I’m a mom of 2 gorgeous girls, but a handful! If you have kids, 2 jobs and a few hobbies on the side, you’ll understand that I never had time to pursue writing. From a young age, I had an overactive imagination. In my dreams, I can escape to my fantasy world without reality holding me back. So... COVID, huh. Yes, it also turned by life upside down. Living in a third-world country, South Africa’s hard lockdown bulldozed our small business sector. Business was slow, schools closed, and the kids drove me crazy. My amazing hubby then motivated me to write my first novel as a creative outlet. Because of him, I am still sane. I wish for you to enter my fantasy world and walk amongst the unique characters. Feel their pain, smell his masculine scent and hear their heartbeats. If you read my novel, let me know what you think? A follow would also be nice :-)

The Mountain's best kept Secret
Updated at May 22, 2021, 11:43
Dark. Dust. Secrets. Lies. Forbidden love. For many years, the mountain’s best kept secret remained hidden, but after the forest called her by name, Isabella fell directly into its trap. Although destined to become the Delliingham Forest’s queen and keeper, she first needs to overcome the struggles of her heart. Two people from different worlds lose everything to find each other. Although intertwined by fate, will the dreaded Stone Curse keep them apart? Will they be able to overcome king Rogan’s jealous rage to claim what is rightfully theirs? Chapter 21 - He came for me. At the sight of him, her body collapsed and with a thud, her knees crashed onto the ground with arms stretched out. Tears streamed down her dirt-covered face, seeing her prince rushing, in slow motion, towards her. You found me. This time, she could find no traces of the icy man in his panic-stricken eyes—only worry for her. Every stride towards her pushed dirt into the air, and like familiar lovers, Leo fell to his knees and grabbed her face. “Isabella…” He whispered. “How can you run off like that, after I told you to stay put.” His scolding was music to her ears, and she smiled, relieved. “You found me.” She uttered before he crushed her lips with his. “STOP HER!” An infuriated voice echoed from a distance, followed by the sound of many men running towards them. Panic returned to his face. “Listen to me carefully now; all of our lives depend on it.” Leo wiped the tears from her eyes. “Please know, I do not want this life, but fate chose it for us. No matter what happens, remember this; I love you more than life itself. The moment our eyes met through the thorns, we should have realized our love will be pure, but have no place in this world. Do whatever Galli tells you and do not come looking for me. This will be the end for us.” Leo softly placed a kiss on her forehead, and just like that, he let go and stepped back. “I will always love you.”
