Dracula

They were dark times. Power-hungry warlords craving more power then what they already had. Killing those who try to stop them, no matter who they are. Some have killed their own families just to get where they are now. Now they want more. They send out their soldiers to do their dirty work. Some not any better than them. They crave control and blood lust. They would rape the women of villages that they came to while making their husbands watch. And somewhere go sick that the would bed children for their own pleasure. After they killed them, they burn down the village. But when their dark light is not too far away. But this light came as a monster, not just any monster but Vlad Dracula. He was far from a Savior, but he was more of a saint than the warlords. He fought to keep his people safe and free from the Power War. He Impaling his enemies and leaving them to warn others of their faith. Some heave warning others did not, and so they ended up like the others before them. He was a beast when it came to fighting. He would go as far as putting poison in the water of his enemies the night before the battle. His enemies saw him as the Monster they wanted everyone to believe he is and his people saw him as the Saint that he was not. Little did they know he was having a war of his own. His people and family don’t know of his war within. Sure he has a beautiful wife that he comes back to, but he also has a secret lover that he goes to at night. No his lover is no woman, but a man. A man that he loves with all of his heart and soul. His one true love, his soulmate. But in those times their love was not to be. He came to him the night before he was set to leave, little did he know that would be their last night together. That morning he kissed his lover one last time and head out. The battle was long and bloody his soldiers were winning, that was until one of the enemies told Vlad that his lover was dead. This caught him off guard long enough for another to kill him. In his last breath, he vows to return and take revenge. Word got back to his wife and people that Vlad was dead. His lover heard these words but didn’t think they were true, even tho he felt it in his heart. When the soldiers return with his body to be buried his lover know that the words where true and his heart was truly broken. That night he went to the room that Vlad would make love to him and hang himself. He knew he couldn’t live without him. He was his lord, friend, and lover. He just wanted to be with him. For he did not know of the vow Vlad took before his death. He went to the heavens where he looked for Vlad but find he wasn’t here. Vlad was dead for say but not truly. His vow made it look as tho he was dead, even tho he will have walk the world as we now know them as a Vampire.
