Katies p.o.v I’m curled up in a ball shaking like none other, tears falling freely down my red rosy cheeks. I’m sorry. These are the only words that run through my mind as I see the blood and the lifeless body on the ground in front of me. My black hair full of sweat and hands covered in blood. Why you may ask. I killed someone, I shifted into a beautiful black wolf and ripped into the human in front of me. Once I shifted back I tried to bring him back. I really did but nothing worked. Then I smelled this amazing smell of Woods and chocolate. “MATE!” My wolf anna whimper trying to make me shift but I don’t. My mate steps into the room and I curl into my ball more scared of what he would think once he knows his mates a murder. His black dress shoes step into my view. He won’t want me, my thoughts consume my mind. “ Ciao piccolo Lupo”, his Italian accent was heavy and beautiful. I swear I almost melted. I look up with my blue eyes shining with tears to look at the person in front of me. His bright green eyes shine down at me,“ My name is Domenico and what’s your name piccolo Lupo?” Domenico asks me and I look down. I was never given a name. “ I don’t have a name,” I said and looks up to see him deep in thought. “ You shall be called Katie is that okay with you piccolo Lupo”, He looks down at me and smiles like he’s not standing in the middle of the bloodbath that humans call murder. “ It’s okay.” I whimpered trying to make the wall to take me whole. " Katie, did you do this?" Domenico interrogates as he looks around finally taking in his surroundings and I nod my head slowly scared of what would happen. "Is this your first time shifting as a wolf?" Domenico asks and I look down. " Yes, this is the first time shifting. I don't have any idea why this happened." I answer in all truth. I see his dress shoes disappear and his knee come into view. " It's okay little wolf. I'm an alpha and you are going to be a great Luna." Domenico says and I snap my head up so fast I think I broke it. " What you don't even know me and your talking about me standing next to you. Domenico, I just killed someone for no reason and you want me to be a luna, you just meet me and you want me!" I bellow not use to this type of attention from a guy or from anyone. " What about the body we can't leave it here," I said and looked at the dead body next to us. "I can get people to clean it up." He answers me and smiles softly. I don't smile back because who would smile when there's a dead body next to you. This is going to be new for me.
