The chosen one

They say your true mate is suppose to love you, cherish you and be yours forever but what happens when not only your true mate and second chance mate rejects you? Well my name is Lilly and that happened to me. This is my story and please don't pity me because I'm strong, fierce and I'm ok and I am the Alphas daughter. It all started 10 years ago when I was 16. It just happened that my 16th birthday would fall on a full moon and my parents were proud. They expected great things because of that but I let them down. You see old laws set by some old wolves state that if a wolf doesn't mate by there 20th birthday they get banished and many wolves never find there true mates because of that and just mate with someone else. It's sad I know or maybe I'm just a hopeless romantic but anyways lets continue. The party was amazing my mom out did herself and as the moon rose high in the sky not only myself but 3 others in the pack transformed into wolves for the first time. I got my wolf shasha and she is awesome. Well I shifted and it was f*****g painful but im a pure white wolf w deep blue eyes and we are beautiful. My parents were so happy. I can still remember the look on my mothers face. I ran with the pack and I smelled my mate. I chased after him and we ended up at the lake. When we both got back into are human forms i was shocked at who my mate was. Kevin my brothers best friend and future beta of the pack. I will never forget the look he gave me. Pain and sorrow crossed his face and I knew, I just knew he was going to reject me. "Lilly please forgive me. Shelley is pregnant and I can't leave her and my pup for you. I kevin Waters reject you Lilly Markus as my mate" he walked away. I felt the bond break and shasha screaming and howling in my head. I fell to the ground. Im not sure how long I layed there but my brother found me. He was pissed when he learned the truth but no one blamed Kevin for wanting to be there for his pup and Shelley. Yes it hurt seeing them get married 6 months later and bring a baby boy into the world. It broke a piece of me and my parents tried everything to get me happy again. They even talked about sending me away to another pack but in the end I slowly started to get better. I just couldnt be in the same room as Kevin. Well 2 years later I found my 2nd chance mate Ryan of the Cold water pack. My dad brought me with him as he and Alpha Zack were discussing something of importance. I smelled him. My mate. I haven't heard Shasha so active. Well not since my 16th birthday. She was screaming and howling mate mate mate and I was excited. I followed the scent and I found the most beautiful man I've ever seen. He had tan skin, dark brown eyes, tattooed muscled arms and blue hair. He was hot with a capital H. He looked at me and had a small smile. "Hi I'm Ryan" "Im Lilly." "Well it's nice to meet you Lilly and I know we are mates and all but I'm married. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry Lilly" tears we in my eyes "but, please, no don't" I begged but of course he rejected me my 2nd chance mate. I ran off into the woods and disappeared for 3 weeks. Shasha and I were a mess. We ran in the woods killing anything we could. I never wanted to change back. Life was simpler and I was able to block out the pain. Thankfully. But in the end we headed back home. My father was pissed when i finally came home. Shasha stopped talking to me and I lost my pack. You see a few weeks after coming home I was given a choice by the elders. Mate now so my wolf can have peace or be banished. Shasha wanted to die and I was so hurt that my family, friends and 1st mate stood with the elders and I chose banishment. I left and went to school in Chicago and became a doctor. I'm 26 and a resident at Chicago Memorial hospital. Shasha is finally a happy wolf and we are pack less. Well one night my whole world changed. A car wreck, 2 dead, 3 injured but amongst the 2 injured were 2 kids and they are wolves. I called my friend Meadow who knows what I am to pose as there aunt and take them to my apartment. There is a pack near by about a hour away that's all I know. I'll take them there. Well she came and got them and the next day I drove to pack Raven wood. There Alpha Dominic just happened to be my mate. My 3rd mate. Do you really think this is were the story start. Ha your silly lol. I've never heard of a 3rd chance mate before and like the rest he rejected me. He didn't want a mate. They took the kids and i left. I didn't cry and shasha is silent. We get back home and shasha informs me we r dieing. She is so sorry but she can't handle it anymore. Well this is due to her final mate rejecting her and she could no longer handle the rejections. I called my mom and she promised she would come but never did. I laid there in pain and i died alone. Shasha held on hoping my mom would come but in the end we went. It was messy and so painful but in the end my world went dark.
