It was raining so hard in the middle of summer in GravenVille, where the Blue Moon pack are currently tracking down some hints of rogues. As they kept on running and keeping track on trails. They suddenly heard a noise coming from behind. The wolves saw a broken twig and a child wearing a red cloak that was lying dead on the ground. "Is that a human?" A warrior asked who mind linked his brothers. "No, its like us," Seth answered as the beta of the pack. "She definitely doesn't smell like a rogue," Andrew commented, who's also the third in command. "What do we do?" They argued with each other when they heard an authoritative voice. "Keep her." The big brown wolf commands. "Alpha!" "Alpha! "Alpha!" "We have to take this poor child with us, she must be an orphan from another territory." Says their Alpha, who felt a different connection from the child they found. And with no second options added. They took the child in the Blue Moon pack as their new member who is about to start a new life with them. "As you wish, Alpha." ---- Nine Years Later ------ Renee's Pov "Lucy hurry up and pack your things! We have to leave!" A woman called for her child's attention. "Why? What is happening, mother?" "I told your father to not keep him, but he didn't listen, that child brings only death to this family!" Her mother kept on complaining angrily. "Mother, I can't understand you!" The child said with innocence. The Queen paused for a moment, then looked at her Princess with fear. "It's about your brother Lucy! He was born to be a killer!" "He cannot do that!" "Just listen to me, okay, and here wear this." She shoved her a red cloak to put on. A second after that, a man entered the room with a sad expression on his face. He must have an announcement that's dreadful and unforgivable to hear. "My Queen, I'm sorry but the King is dead." He hesitated but managed to say the words even though this would hurt their Queen. "No!" The Queen screamed in horror. "No! This can't be happening!" She cried in the pain of losing her mate, and instantly all the connection was gone. "The King's throne is also in his hands now." "He's not my child! Gab just took him in because he needs shelter!" The Queen yelled out of frustration about what chaos the Eldest child had caused. "I'm afraid we have to leave soon, my Queen, it's for the Princess's safety as well." Her most loyal adviser said that made the Queen compose her own decisions. "Take her." She said. "But My Queen-" "I have to fight with my people," The Queen remarked. She knows she has to do it for her child and for the future of her kind, being the Luna of Moon Stone royalty. She has to fight to avenger her lost mate. "Mother!" "Take her now!" The Queen commanded as she saw her child taken away by the guards for safety. "Mother no!!!" The Princess was left in the darkness alone. It appears that the guards hid her beneath the castle grounds, and as her curiosity grows, she peeped into a small hole that allows her to see what's going on outside. There she saw her brother kill thousands of their people. He was completely growling in rage when he saw the Queen step out of the Castle. The Princess saw everything when her mother was fighting against her brother. It was horrifying to watch indeed when he managed to reap her head and child screamed. "Mother!" Her brother definitely heard her voice around so he took the chance to chase her. As she was in a state of shock, The Princess immediately ran for escape. She ran, and ran, and ran, as she had not yet acquired her powers. She's defenseless against her brother and so she did her best to hide from him. When she heard a loud growl from behind her back, she was also about to stop in her tracks when she met the dead end. "Hello, sister." Her brother appeared in his human form. "Reagan, you won't kill me, right?" She asked, so afraid. "Says who? You're a royal child who is going to steal my throne one day. I must kill you!" Reagan replied, which shocked her. He's definitely changed. He was not the brother who looked after her. He was a monster that's been brainwashed by power. "Brother it's me, Lucy!" She tried to convince him but instead of helping her, he grinned. "You're going to die just like how I killed your family." Reagan said and pushed Lucy on to the edge of the waterfall to die. "NO!!!!" I woke up from my terrible nightmare catching my breath. It's been years already and it still haunts me in my sleep every single night when me and my royal family died. I will never forget how my brother Reagan betrayed us. It's still marked on my memories no matter how I want to escape from it. I sighed. It's already 7:30 AM and I have duties to fulfill. I have to go to school and meet Tracy today because of the promise I made. I am going to a history club, which kinda sucks cause it gets boring every time. It was my fault anyway when I ditched her for a movie because I had something to get busy with. The truth is, I'm actually a Princess way back from Moon Stone Royalty. My name is Luciana Veronica, but people now call me Renee. No one knows about it except for my dad, The Alpha of Blue Moon Pack. They adopted me when they found me in the woods almost dead and kept me alive until now, because they never had a child with my foster mom. They are sweet and caring as always, but sometimes I wish my real parents were here with me instead. I do miss them a lot, especially on my birthdays. It's really a lot different here in GravenVille than being a royal. I got used to it somehow, getting fed up without a silver spoon, getting dressed by yourself and not worrying about your bad habits. But I cannot get used to not being me at times when danger is around. When I reached fifteen, my true form appeared. My father knew I was a royal because of my wolf's colour. It's pure white and has an intimidating scent, it always calls for respect and power. That's why I'm not allowed to show it to everyone or they'll get suspicious around me. It's not my only reason though. I had to hide it on purpose. I don't want to expose myself yet, not to my brother Reagan. The reason why I'm training hard is because I'm haunting Reagan's people secretly. And my dad knows that, since he's also one Alpha in town that no one would like to get messed up with, as he's called the Timber Wolf of the Blue Moon Pack. I've been doing it for years now without telling my friends except for that one person I hate. My mate. The one who looked at me with disgust in his eyes when I killed a royal myself. The one that rejected me without hearing my explanations. And the one who's in love with someone else. Yes, that's my mate, he doesn't love me and it's funny how fate plays around because I need him to get even more powerful and make Reagan pay.
