Celeste and I were so happy for Lynzee. We knew how important it was to find one's mate, and we were thrilled that she was mated to Beta Shawn. We all grew up together in the Midnight Pack, and he was not only a compassionate guy, but also very strong and protective of our pack members. That being said, I knew he would do anything in his power to keep our friend safe and happy.
I used to hang out with him all the time before Celeste had her accident. However, she was acting so odd when she came out of that coma, I could barely stay away from her. Now, I knew why she acted so strange, but at that point in time, I had no clue. All I knew was that I felt the need to stay close and make sure she was okay.
