Annabel     He holds the door open for me for me to step down and goes to the back to get my box. I glance around at the neighborhood. It's a nice suburban area with white modest houses nearly side by side in a long row as far as I can see. It's a neighbour-friendly area and I can't imagine my broody nearly antisocial detective fitting in here.     "Let's go." He says, dragging my box behind him.     I follow him towards the house and he unlocks the door and steps inside. I follow tentatively behind. The room is furnished beautifully.
