16. a friend in need

“no ,I was some things to do tomorrow ,so I was planning for it.”

“oh! Are you going somewhere ?”

“no ,not going anywhere .it just is a assignment so I need to meet few people tomorrow.”angel spoke exhausted

“umm.you sound tired ..are you facing some problem ? ”sky asked out of concern.

“no it’s nothing.”angel replied

“you say it’s nothing but I feel there is definitely a problem .I can sense it.you can just tell me even if I can’t help ,I can just hear you vent …like you did for me.”sky spoke in a low voice.

“well it’s not a big deal ..but it’s like this ..I am doing fashion designing as my major and our teacher gave us our assignment .the assignment says that we have to find ourselves our model for ramp walk and design 3 outfits for them in 6 months .after 6 months a fashion show will happen in our college where our chosen models with walk on the runway and we will be given score by the judges and as well as the common public present there.the one to get the highest score will get a chance to directly enter VIBGYOR CCORPORATION ( a dream of all aspiring fashion designers). ” angel explained all her stress to sky in one breath.

Sky heard her each and every word and he truly wanted to share her worries ..and happiness too .but he felt very satisfied in his heart when he realised that angel was not on guard against him and has shared her worry in detail with him without hesitation.he felt her stress and he knew he will definitely try to relieve her stress .and very soon he knew what to do too .

A charming smile made his way to sky’s face when he thought of his Idea.

“so where is the problem finding a model or designing the outfits or both?” sky questioned with a knowing smile.

“the model.designing is what my work is , but finding a model and that too a person who is not a professional model .” angel sighed

“well ,you should think harder maybe you will find your model right below your nose.” Sky spoke hinting her.

“well ,near me ..it’s only ash ..but he has his own assignments and I know he is busy.” Angel replied while she continued thinking about a model.

Sky got extremely annoyed when he realised that the only guy that come to her mind is that ASH her bestfriend and she is even worried about him .but sky then soon calmed down and convinced himself that they are just friends and at most he is like a brother to her .yes , that’s it .

“I can do it for you.” Sky uttered in a hushed tone after clearing his throat .

But there was silence on the other side.sky thought angel didn’t hear him ..so he checked if call was still connected and said softly

“hello angel , you there?”

“umm..yeah ,I am here .but what do you mean by you can do it too sky ?” angel spoke hurriedly not wanting to misunderstand anything.

“ I meant ,I can be your model .”sky spoke lazily as he laid down on his bed.

“really?”angel expressed her hesitation

“well I am not a professional model but I can model for you as long as you don’t mind.”sky replied.

“wow.” Angel uttered

“huh?” sky questioned not getting her point.

“well ,I mean aren’t you busy too , you have a company to run ,how can I simply ask you to help me with my college assignment.your time is way to precious for that.” Angel spoke with a saddened tone .

Sky smiled and thought so finally you are thinking about me .

“I think being in your company is worth my time.” Sky spoke smugly

Hearing his words angel blushed.

“you really sure sky?” angel asked once again.

“oh ,wait a sec ..can it be you look down on me and think I am not good enough for wearing outfits you design? ” sky joked in an attempt to lighten her stress.

“ofcourse , how dare I , a petty commoner look down on the great CEO SKY RYDER.”angel joked backed

Both of them laughed ??

“ok so it’s a deal. You are mine now.” Angel spoke after there laughter died in serious tone .

Sky was stunned ., Thunderstruck by her choice of words but did he hate it no not at all it was quite the opposite .he loved it .he was super pleased after hearing those words.

Whereas when angel realised what words she has uttered she was super embarassed and wished for cat to bite her tongue . Why did her stupid mouth always has to betray her and make her lose her face in front of sky .

Angel took a deep breath and was about to correct her sentence when sky interrupted.

“what I actually mean is….”

“yes ,I am yours.” Sky spoke with determination because knew each second he spends with her ,he is becoming more and more hers.

It was angel’s turn to be stunned and blush

‘Oh my god , does this creature even realise how much his words affect me.’ Angel thought to herself while her heart did a summersault at his words.

After talking for 2 hours straight they finally decided to end the call reluctantly and then both of them were smiling silently to themselves before heading towards the dreamland.
