7.Arguement

Angel's POV

what is going on? how did we end up like this?

these were my last thought before I bid by bye to sky and Nick ,and left the office and what else was i suppose to there now that I seen in a moment by Nick..God! i was so embarassed that I wish that the earth could just open up and swallow me in.

i finally hailed a cab and am currently on my way to Ash's place . I need to talk to him .I want someone to tell me what to do now. I sigh and close my eyes and when I open them I notice the most beautiful pendant I have ever seen shining on me. when I touch this pendant I can't help but remember the one who helped me wear this .just now in the office ,what happened was surreal..like a dream. to be honest ,a dream from which I didn't wanted to wake.

sky's voice is magically it's like he has this hold on me that I can't deny him.

when wanted help me with the pendant I wanted to deny but facing him I lost my reason just went along with what was happening.

when his fingers touch I felt so different ..I felt tingled all over, my breathing was heavy throughout ..I don't even know why I was so nervous but I knew I just was.feeling his lips was as if my tingling sensation increased by 10times....ok deep breath angel.calm down.you got this.just calm down.

I was giving myself a pep talk when I received Ash's call and pick it up.

“hey BF!"I say as soon as the call connect.

“hey what wrong,I saw your message about coming over?" he asked his voice wrapped in anxiety.

“i am so screwed BF"I replied grumpily

“come over fast , I am here for you."he replied with assurance.i know I can always count on him.i smiled finally feeling a little better.

Sky's POV

“Grandma are you done with friends meet-up? should I pick you up ,I am on my way back?"I gently asked my grandma because I know she enjoys herself with her friends so much that she always forget the time and then later blames herself for causing trouble just like today.

“oh son! you are already on your way back ? I really didn't realise that so much time has passed.i am really sorry , grandma is really old and always cause you trouble" she replied with a weak voice.

I have to coax her now ,I know that ,she was my grandpa's pampered baby ? .I wonder how much grandpa must miss babying his wife now in heaven.

“you not old at all grandma , you are my darling ,how can you cause me trouble .huh?okay come out when you are done ,I am waiting at the exit."

“ don't call me darling ,your grandpa will get jealous.hahaha.i am coming"

“okay grandma"

I feel much better now after talking to grandma otherwise today was most irritating day for me so far .I don't know if should feel happy that angel trust me that we came this close or should I be pissed off that she already has a Boyfriend and I am late. but how can I possibly be earlier than that guy after the information I asked for them told me they live in same neighborhood,have same school,same college .

they do everything together so it natural for them to be in relationship now.but that fact is so much pissing me off.

In Ryder Mansion

“linda ,keep your voice down ,I am not your subordinate" Arthur Ryder yells back at his wife Linda Ryder who is making a fuss over the business deal that was messed up because of Arthur's working principles.

“what you think I am hurting your male ego now.huh? Arthur you really make me wonder how you manage to come this far. you only have good for nothing work principles ,big fat useless male ego ."Linda retorted sarcastically.

Linda was really losing her mind over this deal because she has been wanting this cooperation for past five years and for that she had paid various prices including sleeping with head manager of that project obviously her husband didn't know about any of these things.

“SHUT UP! what do you want me to do .huh? can anything ever satisfy your vanity?"

“how dare you? Arthur how dare you?"Linda was

already losing her mind but after being insulted like that by her husband ,she went crazy and started throwing all expensive vase, decorative pieces and antique that were present around her.

then retorted proudly “do you know how many pursuers I had ,when I married you.but I chose you because you begged me are you forgetting that now ..huh? "

Arthur faced ashened when Linda Mentioned their marriage. his eyes turned dark full of gloom and he said indifferently “that was my biggest mistake."

hearing his reply Linda's face turned black and she rushed forward and grabbed his collar and yelled “you can't regret it ! you hear me . only I can be your wife in this life . don't even think about finding a mistress outside."

“linda you are crazy ! I regret it ! I regret it very much but I can't do anything now .rest assure ,I won't find other women , because I will never risk a good woman's life by letting her face you."

Arthur's words triggered Linda more she was about to slap him but ..

“linda!stop it ! " Julianne Ryder's soft and pleading voice interrupted Linda's slap.

“mom"Arthur soft and helpless voice greeted his mom and son who were standing on the entrance of the mansion .

yes grandma and sky are home and Arthur and Linda are none other than sky's mom dad.
